Well, I have to artificially build suspense somehow.

 

Next weekend though, there will be an episode.

Love the drawing for the flash effect. It's kind of mesmerizing and makes me want to just stare at it for a...wait. Who am I? What am I doin here?

Originally, I was just going to throw a big starburst over the regular illustration, but didn't like the look:

 

 

So I scribbled over the top of it quickly to get some sense of light and shadow, and I really liked the effect:

 

 

I need to start sketching again.
