Yep. I usually choose the games for a particular reason. Most of the time there's some connection to the current theme of the strip. Sometimes it's just to feature a game I happen to like.

Good question. Might make for an interesting philosophical discussion within the strip itself. But Artie has an unnamed owner who plays the games (if you check back to the first strips, he's mentioned a couple of times).
