Most of you know, if you know me, that I got to go to E3 this year. The trip was great. E3 itself was great. What was really great was getting to see some old friends again (Jed, Danny and Tiff, and R!) SO good to see you all again! *mass hugs*. I was very sad that I didn’t get to see Wendie or to finally meet little Holly though. I also got to meet a few new people, which is always awesome. I got to meet Joe Grand, the ever smiling.. Kurt, King of the Flashback and last but certainly NOT least
So yeah, I dyed my hair Saturday and it came out a *tad* redder than the picture on the box I like it though.. heh. You should see it in direct sunlight! Yeah baby yeah!
seeing everyone settling into the new forums!Ok not really happiness as much as lack of unhappiness, which is just as good, really!I am not looking forward to the future upgrade to the new new NEW IPB forums, there are lots of really spiffy bells and whistles which means.. more skinning, more troubleshooting, and more complaining! Yayyyy!Like all things though, this too shall pass. Someday we will all look back at this and laugh, or something. Yes. kthxbye!
This really cool photographer snapped these shots of me at Elysium a few weeks ago and took my email address so he could send them to me. It was an awesome night and I had already had a few drinks by the time these were taken.Edit: Threw in a few random pics that I have taken there myself!
So Albert and I have finally gotten the bulk of the work done on the forums and this lovely blogging mod that he bought. It's been an interesting project, and I have to admit that I am really proud of the end result. Obviously there are still issues with both the skin and the functionality of the forums, but they are minor and can be addressed in a more leisurely fashion now that it's finally gone live! Yay!
