[#010] most baby girls have a girly-color theme for their nurseries, such as pinks and purples. some even have bright greens. thanks to my wife's decision, our baby girl's room is a very light gray, officially called Quill, as the main color. the accent color will be some kind of yellow.

today, Labor Day 2013, my older brother came over and we knocked out the first coat in a couple of hours (including the time to tape up all the borders).

the fourth shot (above) is the required kitty inspection to make sure we were actually ready to paint. he told me we needed moar toona.

AFTER...

bonus points go to anyone who can identify what's in the plastic bag sitting on top of everything in these last 3 shots. hint: i wore it once about 13 months ago.

with just under 2 months until the due date and under 2 weeks before the baby shower, things will be wrapping up in the next couple of days. expect to see Part IV very soon!
