The Necks - "Aether"

Ordered this album from eBay. There's a lot of songs that are longer than one hour out there. I ordered this last week, and just now it finally came today. They shipped it last Monday and it came today. Can't blame them if it took longer than a week to get here. Perhaps part of the problem was they used DHL instead of the USPS. Anyway, I ripped this to my computer and listened to the first 37 minutes of it. Its total run time is 63:49. It's beautiful music, especially once you get past the first part where they play a long note every 20 seconds. The Necks is a trio of guys, although it doesn't say who plays what. There's lots of instruments on here, and they all sound great. It inspired me to get busy composing my long song. I've gotten past the half-hour mark, so it's half done. And I hope you didn't get too attached to my game idea yesterday, I worked on it all night trying to put movement in and I think I broke the code so I give up. As a result, I was asleep all day long since I didn't get to sleep until 5 a.m. And I woke up at 4:30. So I didn't get as much sleep as I usually do.

Movement. Whatchaneed?

if joy0left then player0x=player0x-1

if joy0right then player0x=player0x+1

if joy0up then player0y=player0y-1

if joy0down then player0y=player0y+1

(I would use variables rather than player0x or player0y)

if joy0left then l=l+1

if joy0right then r=r+1

if joy0up then u=u+1

if joy0down then d=d+1

(and then tie the variables to all kinds of things going on like movement or background animations.)

The beginning you describe on "The Necks - Aether" reminds me of woodwind tuning time at the start of band class.
