scratched up orange sounds

So I figured one of the easier things I could program was the Game Boy. I got my collection out and the urge to finish a Game Boy game of my own came. So I worked on it some more. I actually figured out that the lower the guy was on the screen, the more scratched up the sound was. That doesn't make any sense, at least to me anyway, but that's what it was. So I worked at it, and eventually got it scratching a lot less, yet there still is some scratchiness, no matter where the guy was on the screen. I guess I'll just have to live with it being that way because I tried for over an hour and couldn't reduce how scratchy it was. Oh, and I bought a copy of Fish Dude for the Game Boy. I decided that if it was as low as a copy of Metroid, I'd better buy it since the others were ultra expensive, and there weren't very many others. Basically from what I read, it's a version of Shark! Shark! for the Game Boy. But what clinched it for me buying it was the fact it was an R7 on NintendoAge. I finally worked on the level I was stuck on in Daedalian Opus. It was level 7. Combine my two attempts of finishing it and you get almost an hour. Yes, folks, I am that dumb. I went on the GameFAQs website, but my answer was different than theirs.
