Thank you for sharing this!  Quick question, I'm assuming the image on your post is the front cover of the ebook. The front cover doesn't show up with the image of the console for me on either Google Books (epub format) or Kindle (mobi format).  Just double checking that's how it is supposed to be.  Thanks again!

I've just downloaded it and your reviews go into far more depth and are better written, than some of the paid-for Ebooks i have seen online.

It doesn't have an ISBN so it technically isn't a salable Ebook. If I did get an ISBN then I could sell it on Google or Kindle, but the cost of getting a single ISBN almost isn't worth it.

So, that's why there isn't a cover when I upload the files to Kindle or Google Books.  I can understand not spending the money for an ISBN. Thanks!

When I create my books with Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing, they don't charge for the ISBN ......

Lulu.com also doesn't charge for the ISBN.
