Amazon: Ordered a Set and Only Got One Item
I ordered a set of 5 items from Amazon and only one item was in the box. I couldn't figure out how tell Amazon that they sent one item instead of five items and that I wanted the other four. All they provided were return options. I posted my problem in my status update and Razzie.P had the answer. Here is an adapted version of what was posted:

I did that and opened up a chat window with a bot. As you would expect, the bot was no help, so I asked it to let me chat with a human. The human was helpful and I'm supposed to get the other four items in about 5 days.
If a similar thing happens to you, now you'll know how to get the rest of the items that you paid for.
