Potato Chips En Masse - August 28, 2022

So I was looking for an AC adapter for my Atari 2600. I found something that I thought was what I had used before. So I plugged it into my Atari 2600 and turned it on. Nothing. I thought perhaps I fried my Atari 2600, but I didn't smell the usual "burnt electronics" smell that occurs. I was trying to test the colors of my potato chip game on an Atari 2600 since the colors on my 7800 made the mountain look hot pink, which wasn't correct. So I went to sleep and woke up 12 hours later. Digging around my room, I saw another AC adaptor that might work. Even better, it said Atari on it. So I plugged it in to the Atari 2600 and turned it on.

This time it was success. The Harmony cart booted right up, clear as a bell, too. I adjusted level 1's colors to the best of my ability so people could actually see the onion ring if it was behind the mountain (hopefully). There was a bit of a problem though when I went to start the game. It started on level 3 for some reason. So I fixed that. And there is another problem that I can't seem to find the cause of or try to fix. It's about the title screen I put in.

I used players 0 and 1 to make title screen sprites. The left half is player 0 and the right half is player 1. But even though they're both the same height and start at the same y position, player 1 seems to droop 1/2 a pixel down, causing most of the title screen to look weird. I posted my flawed .asm file in the thread but nobody seems to want to help. So I guess it will just have to stay that way.
