More bug fixes.




Another playthrough and I found a bug. The game froze if you hit the back of the cat's throat. I fixed it. Then I found another bug pertaining to the window at the beginning of level 5. Then I fixed that and made some more changes to the code. I had to shorten the song in level 2 to make all my changes fit. I have 2% free in that bank. I made the health score save instead of resetting to 100% if you restart the game.


I think I got rid of all the instances where spritess "flash" on the screen for a frame and then locate elsewhere. Furtunately for me, if you place a sprite at the y location of 0 it doesn't show up on the screen at all. I don't know why that is though. Yesterday I tried AGAIN to contact incube8 games but once again they failed to return my contact. So I guess I need to find another outfit willing to publish my game since incube8 doesn't want to have anything to do with me.


I used the ability to go anywhere I want in the game to my advantage. But one time, I tried to save my change in the Memory Editor and I got a "thread stuck in driver" error and it reset my computer. Fortunately I had saved my changes (I needed to in order to compile the latest version.)


They are doing a bunch of loud work on our sewers again. They did this before, but this time they didn't tell us not to use our water, but it's still awfully loud nevertheless. The cat has been hiding behind the chair in the den. Luckily we had the foresight to put her bed there so at least she's nice and comfy when she hides there. I have no idea what they're doing.
