Daffy Redux

I'm trying to make an Adventure-type game where the square is the diamond and Daffy is the dragon. Inspired by the minigame in the new DS Daffy Duck game. To quote NP: "Daffy's dream to star in a strategy adventure game comes true, but as a late-'70s adventure game. The pixels get larger and the music turns to blips and beeps as Daffy tries to collect a diamond on each level. You must use the stylus (or in this case, the joystick) from screen to screen, eluding and distracting Daffy all the way." I'm going to get the game tomorrow at Best Buy if they have it so I can actually play what I'm trying to emulate. Here's some colorful screenshots from this test where I tried to use const pfres=32 and pfcolors together. The colors on the top of the playfields are random.
