In Metal Slug the 2 submarines are called Middle-Son (1999 st.1, 1986 st.6) The 1st name is written normally in katakana but if you jump off the st.6 sub before it lands you can see the name is written in hiragana and it's written backwards. It should be みでるそん not んそるでみ pic.twitter.com/WVHH65PwIS
