In World Heroes, if Brocken's stuck inside the boulder at time up you've soft locked the game

This was fixed in a 2nd MVS revision, as well as in the home ROM release, along with the 'weak kick does heavy kick damage' bug pic.twitter.com/3Xitccl0lb
