  1. For Rick and Matty Here are scans, better to see what it looks like,no ? RainbowVision front 4 carts And the "S.S" embossed at back
  2. One good title for SMS was R-Type.... but I agree a lot of them are pure crap
  3. Hi Al. I've found a cart (in fact with some various others) from Rainbow Vision and it happens that in The Guide you call this cart "King Author" and in fact it's called "King Arthur" (much obvious). I can scan them and manuals (I have some Quelle too but gonna wait you put them yours already in possession before scanning and sending)
  4. YES Pornolizedotcom rules I almost forgot its existence....
  5. NO-MAD NO-MAD NO-MAD !!!!! It has really the best screen I ever seen on a portable. Bulky a little I agree but a cable and a DC power supply with it and you can play wherever you go. GBA screen is quite the same quality but is a little small object for my rough adult-but-not-tiny-japanese hands and miss the backlight. NO-MAD NO-MAD NO-MAD !!!!!
  6. I've done the same.... Bought a boxed 7800 with 6 games Asteroids, Karateka...loose carts and Donkey Kong, Planet Smashers, Crack'ed, Mario Bros all with box and manuals. Same question: what are the top games for this console ? and the crappiest too ?
  7. And here is the link Lemmi. 2600A
  8. They are such alot of good games for it: Quick list in no particular order Fort Apocalype Turrican Impossible Mission Summer Games Winter Games Test Drive Beamrider Way of Exploding Fist Bruce Lee Aztec Challenge Stunt Car Racer And some classics found on another systems (2600 for exemple ) HERO Pitfall Quix Loderunner Moon Patrol Try this URL=http://www.c64.com]site[/url] Great site with more than 2000 roms to download and test before playing with the real 64
  9. I found them on eBay at 6.00$ each but I told the guy i will take some (he claims he had more than 50) if he made a discount so I have take ten of it at 4.00$ each I got some friends normally interested who have "pre-order" it to me. The rest I'll put on Yahoo or eBay one time maybe I dunno....in 3 years when evrybody wants to have one (who knows LOL, ahem I'm not sure if this thing can be so damn hunted in the future, but....)
  10. Hi all My auctions are almost closed: check it HERE There are various systems, Colecovision & driving module, NES, Sega, Macintosh for fair prices
  11. quote: Originally posted by MoJoFLTR: It would be neat to see someone do a hardware hack and put this in an authentic Atari 2600 joystick. Sounds truly impossible. If you have already opened an original 2600 controller you will definitely see the space that remains....you can't even put a power supply like a 9V cell, so imagine you got to put the tiny board with the games on it plus some extras buttons (original atari has only one !!) Like Albert says you must probably create a new bottom, taller to accomodate the whole shebang in it. I've ordered some Activision 10-in-1 from a guy at 4.00$ each and I will keep one boxed to have it. But I'm gonna play with two or three others and dismantling to see the guts and maybe find a way to put it in an another controller. In fact I've this Genesis infrared controller lurking around which is dead (his twin brother works perfectly by the way) and there's already space for the four AA cells so I think I could cram the whole Activision guts into it , reroting the buttons and put a cable RCA easily which would be truly cool methink. I will post if I succeed of course
  12. Even if there's no label, I'll never leave a cart (if it's cheap of course) I love when I discover what lurks inside it when back at home (even if it's the most common Space Invaders at all or Combat (which BTW I don't have !!!)

    Basic Help !!

Try to just the chanell manually too, because with automatic sometimes it's fuzzy and the you just search manually a little and it could help. My TV set is also a multi system and I can choose NTSC as well on it BTW...even if it's fuzzy do you have any sound (even a lil' blip or something )???

    Basic Help !!

I've encountered same kind of problems when connecting an NTSC Coleco Gemini (Atari 2600 clone made by Coleco) to a PAL TV. BUT I have colors on the TV and I don't use an ohm converter just a basic RF switch. But it doesn't output any sounds and someone on this board told me that it was normal because NTSC sound comes different so my PAL TV will not recognize it (or something like this) So I'm not for any help to you, just share our basic NTSC in Europa connecting problems, sorry
  15. Albert, I've read that you will pass on PHP soon....so yu should be able to offer and perform new great tasks What would be an awesome addition could be a place on this site where everyone could put their own carts online, managing their collection and show everybody elses what they have, duplicates, whatsoever and even extended to various other systems but not only Atari (that's not mandatory I know it exist a program, CART COMMANDER to manage carts but unfortunately its ONLY for PC and I'm on Macintosh. I personally manage my collection of various carts with Word synced with my Palm so I have always with me the list of what I need ( a lot ) beside the rare carts list of various systems I'm collecting for. It doesn't work so bad
  16. quote: originally posted by Albert: I have access to several PAL televisions right now at work .... Albert because of this you can maybe tell me some stuff.... I have receive a Coleco Gemini from USA so it's an NTSC model and I was wondering because it's my first NTSC model, why I have no sound at all that comes out from it. Do you ever encounter the problem when connecting a NTSC console to a PAL TV ?? So if not I will know for sure that my Gemini has definitely a problem before dismantling it and then maybe have any chance to find what's wrong with it . II'm slightly angry because I love this console and never succeed to use it since I own it (controllers are so excellent compared to the original Atari IMHO)
  17. For me it works on a Toshiba 70cm, Daewoo 51cm and even on the Tuner Card of my PowerMacintosh
  18. quote: Originally posted by Ekhardt: The carrier frequency for the sound is different between most versions of PAL and NTSC, so it's perfectly normal that you won't get sound when connecting a NTSC console to a PAL TV. Yes but my TV produces the images in color (I think it can display NTSC signal ?..) I will try through my VCR which seems to play VHS NTSC tapes) How could I modify the signal carrier to produce sounds ?? resistors /condensers /transistors to change whatsoever ??
  19. As for the Moycon Joystick, here is the only one game that you can play with that kind. Use it with a Commodore C64 emulator, you will really need this kina joystick with taht kinda game, truly Give it a try
  20. Come on all of you....even if english is not my language, I understand really well that Moycon sells is just a bunch of crap. If people are so stupid for not reading an auction well before bidding, they deserves their treatment. And if some kids are allowed by their parents to bid on anything they want, they can also buy in real shops what they want with their parent's cash ? So if anybody bid on it , donkey he is and he'll receive what it deserves, period
  21. Malix, you have slightly misunderstanding For his " punition " to having cheat us (reserve price of this godammn 2800), Moycon was supposed to find which Mustang I drive. So he tries....and said a '87 5. 0 liters.... and he goes wrong But if I remember well, his own Mustang is kind of '96 or '99 (it's in another thread) BTW as posted just below, I own a classic '68 Mustang Hardtop with all the bells and whistles
  22. quote: Originally posted by Moycon: All I have to do is guess? Ok I guess 1987 5.0 ....and you loose ! You will remain a cheater in my mind for ever and ever I'm just kidding of course.... Response was a classic one of 1968 with a small block 289 (but for us here in Europa it's already a huge big motor compared to the average cars ranging mostly between 1.6 to 2.0 liters
  23. Well like we say " cheater one day, cheater all life " (it sounds better in french ) So for to obtain my personal forgivness you must guess what production year my Mustang is.... ? BTW : everybody should forgive me my basic english language, but imagine yourself if you were writnig in french
