You can use NiMh batteries without problem at least with Lynx MK II. Buy something good like Olympus NiMh batteries... !!

I have two Portfolios and a lot of additional equipment - serial port, parallel port, Portfolio card reader for PC, all standard memory cards, and few Mb of software... I use it still today.

I think there is still enough interest in Lynx - only from my Web site your "devflash.pdf" was downloaded 45 times!!! I wish you luck with Stardreamer! I played Native demo and it could be one of the best games ever for Jaguar if it will be finished. For sure the best shooter for Jag! In my personal opinion Garvin is capable to finish the game (I remember that I heard Native told it is extremely hard to add sounds in Native because of Jag RAM limitation and if Garvin added sounds in demo level - then he knows very good what he is doing). Also I like idea from Starcat and Garvin to distribute games (Star Alliance and Native) on CD! It will be cheaper and can be produced without problems. I hope this can help to Jaguar scene because personaly I don't like new trend on Jag scene with selling unfinished demos or "enhanced" games for big amounts. We really need new original complete games! Bolid

I remember long time ago - Telegames claimed they have 90% finished Robinson's Requiem but on the other hand from some sources I heard there is only partialy playable demo on CD. I hope Carl's secret project will be a "new" finished game! For me the best Songbird release was SkyHammer... And what is with "Demolition man"?

I think there are really good games on Jag CD... Battlemorph is on of the best games I ever played on any system! Great music and very nice done... Hoverstrike on CD is good game - technicaly very demanding and shows 3D abilities of Jag. Highlander is great game! It is not easy and maybe it is slow but it is one of the best Jag CD games. World Tour Racing is one of my favourite games on Jaguar! I know that framerate is bad and it is done in low resolution but I like it! You can customize your car and "feel" properly any change on track! Maybe it is not good simulation but it is great game! Iron Soldier 2 rocks!!! Great game but it is very hard to pass 19th mission! I don't think that graphics, framerate and special effects are the most important in the game. By the time you will always have "better" games because hardware is much more advanced by the years but you can't beat gameplay of old games! Gameplay is the most important!

That Lynx pool game looks great (on your web page)! Is there any more info abou it. Also Stardreamer graphics is cool! Is there chance that you will continue to make graphics for Lynx games? Maybe you can help to Carl Forhan about new games?!

All I know is that I contacted one of authors of Stardreamer 2-3 months ago asking for permission to put some things (including PDF about great Lynx flash cart) on my site and he told me they are still working on Stardreamer and they just found a new graphics man. I hope that game will be finished some day because he also told me it will have save feature.

Left screenshot look very interesting. Explosion looks great and I'm interested in background... it looks 3D.. are the stars in background moving? Will be there mixed 2D and 2D backgrounds like in Radiant Silvergun on Saturn? Ratko
