I always wonder if it's possible to complete any episodes of Wolfenstein 3d without pushing walls.

Of course, don't expect to reach to secret levels without pushing walls.

    Let's me see.

    Episode 1:

Yes. I can reach to the end without push a single wall.

    Episode 2:

My adventure of no push walls ends here. I can't go furter in level 2 without pushing a wall.

    Episode 3:

It's the same here at level 4.

    Episode 4:

It's very hard to find the key to open those doors at level 5 without pushing walls.

Check this video for the missing key.

    Episode 5:

I can complete this episode without pushing a wall.

    Episode 6:

I'm stuck in level 7 without pushing a wall.

ID software at this time likes pushing walls and I can tell you, there are many walls to push.

The last time I listened to radio AM band in my region, they were only two AM stations left.

Today, all AM stations are gone.

PS: I rarely listen to radio anyway.

My Vaio laptop decided to give up two days ago,

I was playing on game when suddenly the screen became black and the motor stopped running.

Fortunely, my Pentium Celeron supports ethernet so U can go on the internet again.

But still, my Vaio has stopped working five years later I bought it in the store.

This is the third electronic device who gave up after my vcr and dvd reciorder.

Writing in 800x600 is fun because I used a sd tv unstead a monitor.

    Here the history of joysticks.

    From the past:

This old joystick when one button does anything:

    - Boxing, Kicking, shooting, jumping...

    Now the present:

Joystick are improved over time and we called now gamepad, because the stick is removed from the pad.
The gameplay is better without a stick.

Now you can shoot, jump, kick, open doors, go to inventory at the same time.

And now the future: what will we have?

I won't be surprised if this thing would be released. Because players always want more buttons.

It played a movie about five secondes before it fails.

Now I have to retrieve my movie.

I wonder if it worth to buy a new VCR in 2013.

I saw one at Walmart but still. Does a new vcr work with old tvs?

    Hi there

I was thinking making a new Commodore game who will work on C64, Vic-20 or C16/+4.

    It's a text adventure game.

Before starting a new game, I'll check if I can put DG: a text adventure game to work on Commodore computers.

I noted that Commodore Basic 2.0 lacks some commands found on Basica or GwBasic like While, Wend, Print Using "Money : ####"

After a few tries I managed to make the DG text to work on Commodore computers.

    DG text on C64

DG text on Vic 20 (24k)

    DG text on Plus 4 / C16 (32k)

The first problem is to convert the game from qbasic to basic, not just by adding numbers at the begin of the command line but also reworking some commands to make the game to run.

And it's worst on Basic 2.0. Some commands on Basica are not exist on Basic 2.0

DG text on Basica works but not all rooms. Complexe rooms are not coded yet.

Simple rooms work fine but more complexe rooms need more work to run.

    Some codes on C64

Anyway. It's a funny way to explore Basic in different computers.

Edited: the commodore DG game uses the same program. There is no vic-20 version or C64 version or Plus 4/C16 version.

    Hi

I came to town today. The first thing I noted that all my favorite magazines are gone.
I mean console and computer magazines, mostly reviews magazines.

After all, why paying $10 to read game reviews when you can read reviews from internet.

But still, reviewer magazines are professional and know theirs stuff.

    It's worth $10 for me.

    Hi

Looks like I need Name user and the password to go to AtariAge this morning.

That's also happened to other websites I visited.

    Everything is fixed now.

    Hi

I noted that my external usb hard disk takes forever to use.

I waited 9 minutes untill my computer can access to my external hard disk.

I bought the external hard disk in 2007.

I checked my Hard disk on my older computer with win 98 installed. Same thing.

My newest computer was bought in 2009.

My hard disk does not seen to lose any datas that's a good sign.

I hope I can still use it many years again.

    Hi

My calculator has stopped working and I need answer now.

I used Basica to get the result of 682.80 - 587.34

    Here I get from Basica

    682.80 - 587.34 = 95.45996

I checked to Vic 20 on emulator. Here I get:

    682.80 - 587.34 = 95.46

And I wrote this problem on paper to be sure:

95.45996 on IBM PC. :rolling: :rolling: :rolling: :rolling: :rolling: :rolling:

PS - Here a screenshot from Pet

Either the emulator's too good or IBM PC's very bad.

My DVD recorder is dead today,

My DVD recorder is plugged but nothing happens. No light! No sound. Nothing!

Few recorded DVDs can play on my computer.

Yeah. My older VCR recorder still works. It can record videos but without sound. Still, it can play recorded VCR cassettes with pictures and sound.

    Go figure!

I have had a chance to try a Nintendo 3DS an a 3D TV with 3D glasses today.

The 3D TV was impressive but not that impressive on 3DS. I use glasses so my vision might not look 3Ds that impressive I think.

If Nintendo dropped the price on 3DS, that's because the 3DS is not that impressive either.

Nintendo 3DS is more like a DS but with more powerful and bigger screens.

None of 3Ds games are impressive neither. Peharps if Super Mario Galaxy will release on 3DS ...

    Hi

Yesterday, for no reasons, the screen became black but the computer was still running. I was watching a flash movie. I can still hear something but I can't see anything.

So I closed my computer and reopen it again (I don't mean I turned the computer off and on). I can see the picture again. That happened twice.

I bought Vaio three years ago. I hope I don't need to buy a new one again.

I wonder if this problem is common on laptop computers.

    Hi

I always thought the first personal computer with keyboard was Apple 1 released in 1976, one year after Altair 8800 until I found this one.

    CompuColor 1

CompuColor is released in 1975 and it has COLOUR graphic,

    Hi

    I don't understand what it's just happened.

I used my USB hard disk this morning witout any problems but now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Windows Vista asks me to install an USB storage device. WHY?

USB storage device is supported since Windows 2000. I found that in the USB Hard disk manual.

So WHY Win Vista asks me to install this driver when it is already installed?

Now I can't play my favorite games because of this problem.

I bought Vaio in 2009 and three years later, it begins to suck!!

Sorry if the picture is in French. French is my first language.

    --- Edited ---

I turned off the hard disk and wait a little. Everything is working fine but still why Win Vista is looking for a driver?

    Sounds stupid for me.
