  1. I'd love to see Nintendogs get ported to the Wii.
  2. The wavebird controllers work on the wii right? Just want to make sure.....
  3. Went out to buy a Gamecube controller today only to find ebgames and Wallmart don't have them anymore. Wallmart still have the Gamecube systems but no controllers. Ebgames didn't even have used controllers. I did find a third party controller at Blockbuster so I bought that. If they have stopped making them I guess it makes sence since the Wii has been out for over a year now. I'll have to hit the pawn shops to see if they have any cube controllers. The controller I bought is okay but I'd rather have an offical Nintendo controller. Same for the memory cards. I need one of those too. However I did see one of those (used) at ebgames. Should have bought it when I was there the other day. I'll see if it is still there tommorow.
  4. Yeah I was hoping the flood wouldn't be too bad. I'll give it a shot.
  5. http://ps3.ign.com/articles/847/847029p1.html Thought I would post this for people who like the series. I can't wait!
  6. The silver one looks nice, but I like the black better.
  7. Thanks for the quick response. I think I'm gonna pass on it. I'll see about getting a cube controller and memory card and get other gamecube games instead.
  8. Hello! Well since I am finished with Super Mario Galaxy I was thinking about picking up Sunshine since I've never played it. I have read from members here that Sunshine sucked......but never said why it sucked. Was it the plot? The gameplay? Both? Since I never owned a Gamecube I would have to buy a cube controller and memory card. So that adds more cost just to play a Gamecube game. I can try to get that stuff used to save some $$$$$ but would it be worth it in the long run? Or should I simply ignore it? Thanks.
  9. I hope they port this to the wii. As my ps2 doesn't seem to like the new ps2 releases (they won't play).
  10. It's about time this game dropped in price. It's amazing how I still don't have this game. I think I'll pick this one up hopefully sometime this week. It's 24.99 used I can save a little bit more with edge card I might get the used copy. I haven't finnished the first Halo. I got half way into it I think and get frustrated with "The Flood" and quit playing. I should go back to it and try again.
  11. Alright. It doesn't bother me I was just wondering if all the controllers were like that. However, what does bother me is that the controller is a little too small. Also, I don't like how the cord hangs out from the bottom of the controller instead of the top like xbox and ps2 controllers. Other then that its not bad of a controller.
  12. So I bought the classic controller today and noticed that the shoulder button feels rather cheap. Like when I push down on the buttons it feels kinda squishy....not sure if i'm explaining it right but it just feels rather cheap. It works no problems just a minor nitpick I guess. I was wondering if it was normal or maybe it's just my controller?
  13. I just got this game today and played for about 3 hours. Awesome. I love it. I bought the classic controller to play it with. Haven't tried playing with nunchuck and remote yet. Maybe later.
  14. I have mine laying flat as there is no room for it to stand sideways inside my entertainment center. Plus I like laying it flat anyways. The laser in your wii is either dying or needs to be cleaned? Also make sure the disc isn't scratched up. I found out several months ago that the wii does not like scratched up discs. Do the newer Wiis really have quieter drives?
  15. Yeah, it's a shame they aren't making new games for xbox but on the bright side, you can buy lots of used games cheap! This morning I bought Scrapland for just under 5 bucks!
  16. Neat. It'll be great if it gets released in the U.S. I'd buy that!
  17. Just beat the game. Not 100% but I finished the story. I skipped a few levels I might go back later and finish those. Only got 74 stars I might try to get the rest. Overall this is a very good game. You know I never played Mario 64 or Sunshine so I can't compare, but this game was a blast.
  18. Since there is already a topic made here about the game... http://ps3.ign.com/articles/846/846020p1.html IGN gave it 8.8. Sweet! It's a shame they took out Crash mode but I think I can live. I will however get very annoyed about having to drive all the back to where you started a race when you lose. I'll buy it next month.
  19. Ummmmmm, they may be third-person.....it's been along time since I've played them.....however they are good. Think about those. Rainbow Six and Ghost recon games are good as well but I am not sure which game is best in either series. For Rainbow Six I have Lockdown and Critical Hour and remember liking Lockdown better. And I only have Advanced Warfighter for Ghost Recon and liked that. Hope that helps. I have never played the Timesplitters games but have read on various forums that those games are very good.
  20. The Chronicles of Riddick:Escape From Butcher Bay 007:Everything or Nothing Advent Rising
  21. I have yet to play the first one . I might wait untill this one comes out and get it instead.
  22. Yup. I bought this game when it came out way back. Still have it. Complete with box, manual, etc. Played it a lot back then. Fun times. Don't think I ever finished it though....
  23. I played this a bit back in '04 when I got it. Didn't get very far and I didn't really get into it much.
