  1. I try to be at ejag on both days. :-)
  2. Ask Nick Harlow from http://www.1632systems.co.uk/contact/ Maybe he have some in stock. I remember he had some last eJagfest. (Or 2016?)
  3. It is not possible to damage the FlashCard while updating the Firmware. It is possible that the FlashCard Firmware will not start if the the update process fails. But even if you disconnect the FlashCard during the update process you can start the update again. The Bootloader - check the file if it is valid for the FlashCard. - make a checksum test and if the checksum is not correct the Firmware will not start. - is protected, it is not possible to overwrite or delete. - always start up first and check if update should be performed. If the Firmware is damaged it have no side effect to the Bootloader because you can always start up with the update process.
  4. Just made some testing, Lynx I and II with McWill and original Display. No flickering pixels with Chips Challenge, title screen or during game.

  6. I did not ask for the chipset. I ask for the Motherboard PCB-designs. All chipset variants for the ST-line run in all 1040 Mobo. Maybe i should modify my question: Why Atari made so many differen PCB-designs of the 1040 Motherboard? Position of components, different memory chip package etc.? Such kind of changes was only made at the 1040 so many times.
  7. Why Atari made so many different Boards for the 1040 STF? How many STBooks produced?
  8. This will not happen, because everyone hope and no one start to code.
  9. Believe me, you are only 2nd.
  10. The GST MCU with integrated Blitter is part number C302183. The GST MCU without Blitter is part number C300589.
  11. Inside Mikey. No, the game is stored in the cart, no need to store additional.
  12. Yes, i did. I modified a Commodore 1581 to run with the ST.
  13. Second pic: please use a a sticker at the Eprom windwo on green cart. Anyway, which games are on the green and red cart?
  14. After beating Level 150 you should start beating all levels of CM II BT. Some great levels waiting for you! Hours of fun. Recently i started again on the DS...yesterday i switched off at 4:00am...need more sleep...
  15. Hi final sequence on DS is diffeforgot about the final sequence. And i was not patient enough to take a look 3 days ago. Now i checked the DS version and the final sequence is different.
  16. On Request it was delivered without plastic cover assembled.
  17. Way to beat level 150: I did not list the first some steps. The list starts if the Playfield look like the map. - go to A - shoot down - move asap down and pick up the blue item and step left - shift brown brick down, the monster will push the green gem into the tupe - go to B - shoot the grey wall and go left, pick the blue item - shift the grey arrow 1 step right, pick the next blue item - go to C - shoot all brown walls and pick up all blue items - go to D - pick up the bombs under the right and left brown brick - push the monster trough the middle pipe - wait a second and place a bomb to E - if the white gem monster is on up position of the bomb then shoot the bomb, 8 white gems should appear, if less then reset the level and start again - collect the gems, if gems fall into tupe it is OK, you can collect later - place a bomb over the 3 bricks, let the green gem fall into the tube - place bomb to F - shift bomb 1 step right (Bomb will fix the hole) - wait until the brown monster is in position then shoot (just to make it a little more safe to move) - go to G and move the explosive brick to H - shoot the brick, you don´t need to collect all the gems, you can pick up later - go to J - turn robot and shoot up and collect the blue umbrella item - place robot again to J - wait until the grey stone shift you down - shot down, remove only 1 grey wall - go to K - shift brown brick to the left, wait until the monster move the arrow brick - do NOT pick up the yellow flash! Shift grey stone left move to L and shot left, bombs will destroy all brown walls, let the gems fall into the tube - go to M - shot the brown brick and stone, shift the grey brick to left until the monster is inside the pipe - the monster now produce some gems - go to N and place a bomb, do NOT move the grey stone! - the bomb make possible to shift 1 brown brick - go to O and shot down - go to P - destroy the grey wall and use 3 bombs for the next 3 holes - in Area Q you can use 1 bomb to stop the stone pushing you down, make sure you distroy 1 or both stones! - go to R and shoot left to push the gem into the tube - place a bomb to S - collect all the gems until you arrive T - shoot down and immediately move right - push the monster to the left until it is destroyed - destroy grey wall U - destroy the brown brick - collect the yellow gems - now collect all gems - note: the gem counter must go down to 0, if not, reset the level! - move back to K, use the way via P - under 1 of the remaining grey walls (after area Q) you find a switch, switch to green - pick up the yellow Flash now - go back to start point, the exit appears there Important note: all gems must be collected, use bombs only at listed points Good luck!
  18. OK, yesterday i could finish the Level. I will make some comments to the Map. Some points are important.
  19. I finished every level of every CM II release. (CM II, CM II BT and CM II Nintendo DS) Level 150 is complex, so i have to play it again. Needs some days. Anyway, i will try again. I remeber there are several points you must do in the right sequence. The time limit is a additional problem.
  20. Every programm starts with the first line! Stop making list of games you would like to play on the Lynx. Start Coding! Every one can do! Take a look to "Der Luchs". He could not make a single line of code and he started a few years ago to make games for several systems. And he is using Assembler with different CPUs and Systems!
  21. Nice, but wrong car. The Lynx was released 1989 (1991 Lynx II) and the Game in 2001. From my side of view a car from one of this 2 time periods is better. But this is just my opinion...
  22. Manual -> Datasheet Sorry, used wrong word.
  23. How many times we ran into this kind of issues because hard users don´t read manuals? EEPROMs, Flash or even Eproms are always a source of stupid problems. To use different manufacturer multiply sometimes the problems... In my FlashCard project i remember 2 times i run into issues related to small notes in the manuals! And 1 time because i switched to an other brand...
