Thanks for the heads up, I'm gonna buy a couple pairs of those shoes for sure. Not often you get a pair of shoes with a big hoof in mind at R&D. So I assume a standard size 14 would be fine and I would not need to worry about the fact that my foot is close to 6 inches wide?

 

EDIT: I just read that the shoe is only for sale to registered native peoples. That is a crock of shit! Thats it, I'm goning bare foot!! (well, I do most the time by choice anyhow.)

 

That sucks cause I could really use shoes like that ... my shoe size is 8.5 6E because of that I usually end up in sandals or hiking shoes/boots which are usually built wider.

Man I have been an obsessive collector for most of my life and im telling ya that the best thing is to NOT sell off your primary collection...

 

that being said just adjust what you spend ... give yourself an allowance and DO NOT go over that and stay away from ebay.

 

I have in the past Sold my baseball card collection, Nes collection, and half of my Magic the Gathering collection.

 

I regret selling all of them especially the NES ... which I'm currently rebuilding along with my lost 2600 collection (at least that wasn't a sell)

 

just take it easy for a bit ... sell off your duplicates (id keep a couple extra consoles).

Well the the people that go and clear out all the thrift stores and flea markets are annoying but I can live with that.

 

But what really gets my goat are the people that buy everything off of eBay and just resell it ... those are the ones that make it hard to find deals.

 

I know a guy who owns a comic shop around here and he makes a good chunk of his profit surfing eBay all day and buying stuff and then turning around and reselling it ... drives me nuts.

 

The sad thing was that one time we were bidding on the same item and sure enough when I went up there the next week it was on his shelf (and in an auction). I talked to him and mentioned it ... he was pissed that I drove the price up on him.

if you are going to got with a $50 box think about Viewsonic Nextvision N4 I got mine for 100 bucks and it has RF in tc tuner composite in and PC pass through. I got mine from microcenter for about 100 bucks ... they have a upgraded version as well. and this is what I use with my 21'' NEC crt that is "spare".

I have quit playing for several streches over time. Usually because I realize how much time I feel I "Wasted" playing them. I usually go back to playing when I realize that im gonna "waste" the time anyway but i usually try to limit how much I play.

 

My latest bout has been because of EQ (computer based MMORPG if you have been under a rock) after I started playing 3 accounts at the same time for 8 hours a day...

 

now i just play a little here and there and the classics are perfect for this.

My dream is that somebody eventually makes a good new inexpensive clone of the NES. One that has perfect compatibility, audio, and video. But considering that many people seem to get suckered in to the same clone in new packaging... well... maybe my dream will never happen

 

Heh it would be better if Nintendo would release a 25th anniversary top loader here in 2 years or so.

First off email the seller and try to talk to him

 

Check with ebay proper and determine what you can do about fraud on the grounds is that if it isnt playable then ti is not in good condition.

 

If they say nothing if you paid with paypal you may have some recourse there or if you used a Credit Card through PP then there may be yet another channel.

 

my guess is that you best bet is to contact the seller and baring that Pay Pal ... I know a lot of sellers dont like how Pay Pal hads a very buyer friendly perspective/

Bad trade #1 box of 1989 Upper Deck Baseball cards for a genesis and 3 games... (not a straight up VG trade but a HORRENDUS trade none the less)

I loaded 200 atari carts to a friend of mine in Highschool and she visited her father during the summer and never came back Among the losses were Shuttle Oribiter, Ikari Warriors, Sword Quest Waterworld just to name a few
