  1. I'm 22 minutes into Rogue One and Tarkin's face looks like fake video game crap. Maybe they'll get it right in 5 or 10 more years, but that face needs more work before it would look real to me and cause me not to wince. Clueless: http://www.popularmechanics.com/culture/movies/a24641/grand-moff-tarkin-rogue-one/ Gets it: http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/heat-vision/rogue-one-grand-moff-tarkins-familiar-face-isnt-familiar-957178

CGI Tarkin still isn't as bad as the CGI creatures that were added to the scenes in Jabba's palace in the "Special Edition" of "Return of the Jedi." I swear it was like watching "Looney Tunes: Back in Action."

Lea was what creaped me out. I thought Tarkin was good by comparison. The eyes and smile were off.

Yeah, they are getting better, but they aren't there yet. It will be nice when a computer will be able to analyze the look, voice, and performance of an actor and create a new, realistic performance in 3D. Old 20th century TV shows such as the original Star Trek series could be recreated with all new episodes and all of your favorite characters would look, sound, and act just like they did back then.
