I don't know if this has already been posted here... if not yet... here it is. π ExerVision At first it seems like "something true". Don't you think so? PS: I remember seeing a cartridge with a homemade style label a couple of years ago.

Hi StormyWeathers! Thank you very much! I have received many incentives to continue developing for the ATARI 2600, despite not being a professional programmer. I am very grateful to everyone who is supporting the projects. If you want to see more videos of my games, look for @ZeroPage Homebrew shows. James always plays a bit of each. Thank you again! Cheers! Leandro Camara PS: I have some copies of Intruders and Orbital War in Europe if you're interested. π

Hi dwh! I assembled 10 more copies of these games for those who couldn't buy outside Brazil and so that they can be sent in the same package as the new games (Intruders and Nebula). Hope you like the news! ππ Thanks!

Hi jgkspsx! It is currently stopped. I decided to finish Zarkstars IV first. Next month we will have Zarkstars IV (Nebula) and at the end of the year I will return to Deep Space. ππ

I have no idea. I was also curious. If the Easter Egg is in the game, chances are it will be the final version, I think. Let's see if whoever bought it is here on the forum. π

Saving for the future. π WIZARD This is one of two development ROMs my husband Chris Crawford made for his game Wizard during the period September 1979 to January 1980. Wizard was the last 2K game made (β2Kβ means that it had to fit into a 2K ROM); after he took on the task with a 2K specification, Atari Marketing decided that 4K games sold so much better than 2K games that there just wasnβt any point in making any more 2K games. They asked him to re-design the game for 4K, and he refused. He maintained that he had designed a good game to fit into 2K, and if they wanted a 4K game, he would start all over and design a good game for 4K. So they decided not to publish the game. However, Atari did publish a new version of Wizard about ten or twenty years ago, unconstrained by any memory limitations. It is not at all the same as Chrisβs original design. We did not know that he had this copy; he chanced upon it by accident at the bottom of a box. JPG images of the actual source code can be found here: [link] You can find plenty of descriptions of the game by searching the Internet using the search words Wizard, Atari 2600. As we lack the necessary equipment to test it, we cannot guarantee that this board works, although these boards are quite robust and we know that several similar boards are still working just fine. If, however, it fails to work for you, weβll be happy to accept the return and refund your money within 30 days. Jun 24, 2023 , 10:43PM US $1,092.83 ADVENTURE This is one of the playtest boards that Warren Robinett made of his ground-breaking game Adventure for the Atari 2600. He gave it to my husband Chris Crawford to playtest. Warren is one of the great software designers of our generation; you can find lots of information about him on the Internet. This is one of the first 4K games that Atari published, and it was a huge success, selling a million copies at a time when such sales figures were sensational. As we lack the necessary equipment to test it, we cannot guarantee that this board works, although these boards are quite robust and we know that several similar boards are still working just fine. Hi roots.genoa! I'm trying to follow a logic (mine) in building these games. π The first three games are made with monochromatic elements and multiple sprites on the screen, in addition to having small riddles and symbols hidden in the game. The next sequence has colorful elements (ships and enemies) and other types of unrelated secrets. Something like that. π Anyway, your suggestion was a good one! ππ
