Yes. retro in Spain is so expensive and now with the import taxes it is more expensive to buy outside Spain or Europe ...

I think it is a very limited edition done at the Sillyventure 2k19, and given to some participants of the contest. Was very lucky to get one.

Is it not possible for Yastuna Games to receive permission to publish it?  😅 🤣

Amazing collection! Congrats! Interesting to see some of the harder to find items, there was such a small window of time to obtain EotB and those Beta phase games for a decent price.

Any favorites among all of them?

I bought these games when they were published so the prices were contained, in fact Hotdog cost me €28.75 EUR = $40.00 USD  😱 on April 2011 and Poker and Relief Pitcher €57,03 EUR = $79,00 USD ...  Missing those years 😅

My favorite game  on "hard to find" cattegory maybe is Zaku

     Regards

Amazing collection. How long has it taken you to amass all of those?

    Hi Blany

I have Lynx since the system was launched in Spain, But I started collecting the games 15 years ago, maybe before, I'm very old 🤣. In recent years all I buy are games published by new developers, Yastuna Games, SongBird, etc ...

Another game that did not appear in the images  😅

    Wow, looks very nice !

I think I have only 1 game you do not have, but you have many games I don't have :D

Edit, in fact 3 games (Bitchy, Lynx Quest from SillyVenture, and my very limited home printed edition of A Bug's Lynx that sold so bad I stopped it - it was before Carl got the right to the reworked A Bug's Trip)

    Hi my friend

I didn't know there was a physical version of the Lynx Quest game, I imagine it will be impossible to get a copy  ...

WOW! What an awesome collection but I found a missing one!

    Where's KLAX???

You're right, Klax was missing, I thought I had two copies, one sealed and one used, but I can only find the sealed one Maybe I left the other copy to someone in the past and it never came back? 😱

    Hello everyone

I would like to share with you my collection of Atari Lynx games, my favorite console.

I am very proud of it because it is a complicated system to collect in Spain, It was not very popular in my country.

I want to thank all the developers who continues publishing games actually, but especially Yastuna Games, it's a pleasure to have people in Europe supporting Lynx  :)

Soon I will add my collection of hardware and extras.

Commercial Releases (yes, I know Krazy Ace is not ... but ... )

I'm not Spanish but I live here. Valencia specifically (you?)

I have learned here that they ask for high amount when selling, offer half when buying lol.

    Hi

I live in a village in Madrid :)

Yes, there are people who think they are very intelligent and intend to do business at the expense of others.

This is crazy! Anyone who pais 700€ for this should check her/his mental health.

    🤣

The problem is the rise in retro prices, at least in Spain, people ask for a lot of money for anything old

    17 minutes ago, Trew said:

    Yeah, that's ridiculous.

I have the game and I maybe paid MAX a 10th of that and it wasn't all that long ago.

II paid when it went on sale $40, I understand that now they ask for more money, but this is abusive

Are you Spanish too? It's hard to find Spaniards collecting Lynx  😀

  11. Hello everyone

I found this sale on eBay:

Atari Lynx RELIEF PITCHER original limited release CIB NOS

What do you think about the price? I have that game and I'm surprised to see it because it's very rare. Maybe it may be interesting for some of you.

I also have the game HotDog and a person has offered me money if I leave it to do repros. I'm not interested, what do you think about repros?

    Regards!!!!

There is something I don’t get. Did they do work on the prototypes? Otherwise, if they didn’t own the prototypes to start with, which they didn’t, the protectiveness with which they’re treated is a little hard to understand.

If you visit their old web on web.archive.org you can read:

"Hotdog is a fast paced, highly ambitious mascot game which was in development from 1993 up until Atari pulled the plug on the Lynx. Before Lore Design moved on to produce Highlander for the Jaguar they were able to create a fully playable demo featuring 5 distinct worlds and 8 complete levels."

Well, he's from Spain, so I don't think Google Translate worked very well.  I think he wants a layout or plan for the cardboard or foam box insert for the CD.  I don't have one but I think there was someone around here that did.  Hmmm?

    Hi all

Here in Spain this foam part can be called cork like a wine bottle one ,,????

and yes I am talking about Jaguar cd layout plan because I only have the box, manual and console

    thanks

I'm really sorry I didn't make more kits.
But I did this alone at home and it took me a very long time and investment to make these 15 boxes.
I understand that some people are disappointed not to be able to try the number 1, so I'll clarify one thing, at the beginning there was to be only one game, Protect the love, with a woman as a character, but as I had a lot of fun making this game I decided to make the second one with this time a man as a character, Save the love.
Then I wanted to produce alone a small box with these games but the price was increasing a lot as I was adding stuffs in the box so to justify the price I decided to make another game in a little different style (black and white) whose purpose was to motivate people to buy the box and justify the price.
There is no continuity in the story, each game is a complete game.

Don't blame me for only making 15 copies, I understand now that it was a bad idea to limit the production of a game. But I really didn't imagine that more than 15 people would be interested.
In the future if I do other actions like this I will only make small differences between the normal games and the limited versions.

    Hi Rygar

I believe that you should not apologize, I value the effort and love you have put into your project, in addition, the limited editions are ... limited editions  ?

    Regards
