  1. It's deadline time so here is the finished pic. Jeff
  2. Great news Gus! I can't wait for your next hack! By the way, your english is just fine. Jeff
  3. I enjoyed it quite a bit. The voice chat was great for talking to some of my friends that I don't see very often anymore. One thing to watch out for though is that it has a few bugs that were never fixed. Most of the problems occur when you are online. But even with the bugs it was well worth it. Jeff
  4. Great selection of photos! Makes me want to make the trip next year. It was pretty cool to see one of my mazes for Combat Redux and a track for Indy 500 XE on the display cards. Jeff
  5. My label isn't done yet, but here is what I've sketched so far. Jeff
  6. Gee.... I wonder if that's one of the Catboxes I paid for and ICD never shipped me, like hundreds of other people... ggrrrrrrrrrr..... Curt Could be one of the 2 I pre-paid for and never received also Curt. Jeff
  7. Here is the only place that you can get roms from legally: http://www.starroms.com/index.php Jeff
  8. That's a nice label, but shouldn't mario be the one doing the proposing? Jeff
  9. All my ST stuff is in storage right now but I have a Magnavox monitor that always worked great. Jeff
  10. I'm surprised EB doesn't have it available for pre-order yet. Jeff
  11. Thanks for the update Al. My last three entries aren't there but it's no biggie. I know there were a heck of a lot of entries to keep track of! I'm sure we're all looking forward to seeing who the winners will be. I can't wait til the next design contest comes along. Jeff
  12. Taking the monitor and power supply out will help make it lighter. Just make sure you measure it and make sure it will fit up the stairs before you go to all the trouble of taking it apart. Jeff
  13. I got my hdd yesterday, but I probably won't start playing until Saturday. Maybe I'll see you on-line. Jeff
  14. I thought Rayman was one of the Jag's best games. The only problem I had was that they delayed the release for months. Surprisingly enough, when it was finally released, the playstation version was released as well. I wonder how much Sony paid to have that happen? Jeff
  15. I actually bought Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade adventure game before I bought an ST! Jeff
  16. I received an e-mail Friday stating that my HDD was on the way! Jeff
  17. Ballblazer is AWESOME on the 7800! There are quite a few excellent arcade adaptations as well, of which my favorite would have to be Food Fight. Jeff
  18. Hi Jeff, The version 2.1 of the Editor that is online now has the fixed ROM image. BTW I tested all your entries and all works fine !!! Gus Gus, I can't wait to see which tracks you and Al pick to be in the game. Jeff
  19. I played EQOA on PS2 for 4 or 5 months before it got so boring I couldn't stand it any more. I got to beta test Final Fantasy XI and that had a lot more going for it. I should be getting the HDD with FF XI in the next week or so and I think it will be a lot of fun. As for how much it costs to play MMORPGs, it all depends on how you look at it. I use the dollar an hour rule. If a game costs $50 and you play it for 50 hours, then you got your money's worth. When it comes to monthly fees, if it costs $10 and you don't think you will play it for at least 10 hours then you probably shouldn't get it. Like most things, it all depends on your point of view. Jeff
  20. That would be a cool one to have in my home arcade. Not that I have any room for it of course. Jeff
  21. I'm a gap member also. One who is patiently waiting for his free HDD to arrive. Jeff
  22. I didn't know there was an updated track editor that fixed the lap counting bug until a few days after the contest ended. Otherwise I would have sent in a few more entries. Of course I'm sure Al doesn't mind having a few less entries to post. Jeff
  23. It would be cool if you added the code to support the high score cart too! Jeff
