Oh boy, the low ballers and then they show up with even less money and go 'oops that's all I had'. 

It's gotten *really* bad that way and more lately. Beating you up on price, then dropping off the face of the earth. Giving new meaning to the term 'flake'. Guess that's better than making a deal, telling someone you're going to be there at a certain time, THEN not showing. Gotta qualify the hell out of people anymore.  

I currently have my Xbox 360, Kinect and games up on Craigslist only because people on eBay bitch about shipping prices all the time. Got one email from someone said they were interested last week and they never responded back. Got another email over the weekend and waiting for a response back.

I don't think selling on Facebook marketplace is any better. My wife posted the Xbox there and said often she gets messages from people who say they're interested but nothing ever comes of it.
