  1. now i love playing the classic arcade games of the past, but in all of the "classic game" compilations, whether its the atari collection or midways greatest hits or sega,...... it's usually the same games we've all played an infinite number of times. sometimes there are some unusual or not so popular or mildly popular games thrown in, but for the most part, it's all the same. where are the "compilation" of games that include, but not limited to, Popeye, Zaxxon, Super Zaxxon, Tron, Disks of Tron, Congo Bongo, Cloak and Dagger, Gorf, Donkey Kong, Plaides, Astron Belt, Buck Rogers, Mr. Do, Ladybug, etc.,....... even a collection of pinball games like Black Knight, Xenon, etc.... would be nice. now i know that the games i listed were made by different manufacturers so maybe that's an issue right there. miss those games
  2. a thousand "thank you's" for having the website for "funspot". i never knew there was a place like that around here. now, i dont live that close; i live in northeast ohio, but i will definitely take a drive there one day! no doubt! the list of games they have; unbelievable. looking at those titles and i swear i can remember those games like yesterday. even pictures of some of the games that were donated that i forgot about, i am remembering them, although not all of them. guarantee that there are games i never played or heard of. cant wait!
  3. if you still have both of the "Dracula: Ressurection" and the "Dracul: Last Sanctuary", i would be interested in purchasing them. Dennis V.
  4. wow! i remember the crossbow game. if it's what i'm thinking of, i believe exidy put out other "crossbow" type games. a couple that come to mind was one that had a haunted house setting and the other took place in the wild west
  5. that name sounds very familiar. it probably was the name of the arcae game. i think your right
  6. ok, here we go. there wa"s a space fighting laser disk game that used real movie footage from movies such as "star trek II", "message from space" and i believe "battle beyond the stars", but they mostly used explosion scenes frfom these movies. there was a, if you want to call it, a dogfight scene from "message from space" that had your ship shooting at them. also, there was a stage where you had to fly through a canyon trench that was specifically filmed for this game. it looked like it was carved out of jello or chocolate mousse or something. if anybody knows this games name, please reply because it bugging the hell out of me that i cant remember the name
  7. one of my favorite arcade games because i could break a million every time once i got a lot of practice with it. knew every pattern, every board stage. had no problem getting into the all-time high score ranks. of course you could only enter your three initials five times so you had to mix it up between your first name, last name, your middle initial....great game from williams. first saw popeye at fort wilderness which is a park at disney world. first saw it back in 1983. i have never seen it anywhere else. xybots is a game that myself and a friend used to play as co-op. love it
  8. i remember space zap. i was on my way to disney world back in 1982 and had seen it at a restaurant in florida. that was the one and only time i had ever seen that game. wow. brings back memories
  9. congo bongo waas another game that had that 3/4 view much like zaxxon. both were developed by sega i believe. that was a game that i probably only saw in one arcade room
