  1. I've got the same problem. I'm looking for someone to recap my Apple IIe power supplies. I also agree the Apple IIe is a great machine and love having my CFFA3000. Now I just need to get a mockingbird card for it.
  2. If it is you can leave that out when you ship it to me
  3. Gotta say the Apple II's might not look that great when compared to Commodore 64's but it's still a great system to have and play around with. I've got a CFFA card in my GS and use it quite regularly. I just wish the GS ran a little faster. Some games are almost unplayable because of the speed. Of course all original Apple II games run fine and sometimes the speed has to be bumped down for them to run right. Any one purchased the Mockingbird cards on Ebay from the Korean seller? I've been putting off buying one but really want one. Also anyone have experience replacing caps or refurbing Apple IIe power supplies? I can't use my Apple IIe's because they both are making the familiar power supply chirp when i have too many cards in them. I really want to see if my RGB card I have for my Apple IIe will work with my Sony PVM monitor and Apple IIgs RGB to Scart cable.
  4. You should definitely be able to find someone on Atari Age to help with that. I did a search and couldn't find a list that might have been previously posted.
  5. Yeah i agree separate categories would prolly be easier but it unfortunately falls back on you not to update the categories by accident if someone wants a game added that doesn't have difficulties added into the database You would want to keep a list handy you can reference to make sure that doesn't happen. That would make sense and if the same person posted scores for both just take the higher and remove the other. You could even call the categories (Atari 2600 / no difficulty and Atari 2600 Emulated / no difficulty.
  6. Serious I know this was mentioned earlier but I thought I would bring it up again. Maybe after the competition is over I would love to see the Atari 2600 games setup properly where there is no overlap on difficulty settings. Meaning if the settings Novice or Expert don't matter, it would not show up under both. I see you created three categories for the Atari 2600 (Atari 2600 / Atari 2600 Novice / Atari 2600 Expert) You could maybe use the one that just says Atari 2600 for the ones that the difficulty doesn't matter for games. I know there are people on here that can definitely help figure this out as I have no knowledge on which games Novice and Expert matter. Just my two cents.
  7. Ordered CIB can't wait to try this out. No chance in hell i get 999,999
  8. Serious you thought about doing virtual trophies for each category in the competition? I think it would be cool too have some show up in the trophy case for the competition.
  9. A few months ago I picked up three Sony PVM monitors 2 20" and 1 14". One of 20" monitors has a few issues but the other looks great. The 14" also is great but lacks RGB. I recently purchased an Apple IIgs SCART cable from Roger on Vintageware and got it yesterday. I must say I am very impressed and the Apple II games have never looked better. I didn't get a chance to snap a pic of a GS game but here is Dragon Wars for the Apple IIe/c. Below is Roger's site to order one. 10. Thanks Serious, that will help if we post to the wrong area.
  11. Question, I just picked up a MIST device (Atari ST and Amiga FPGA). Would you consider this device emulation?
  12. It's definitely frustrating when you post a score a day before someone else but because of the negative votes their score goes through first with a 90% legit rating and your screenshot has more evidence of it being legit.
  13. It means you got the required 10 votes but your percentage is still below 70%. I have many of those as well.
  14. I hear you man. Serious suggested getting photos with a tag of some kind in the picture that has your alias / name in it. I did this and also had Highscore.com opened with me logged in and it still didn't matter. I am looking at recording videos as an alternative. Problem is this is very time consuming so far.
  15. Serious wanted to see if this was possible. While in the inbox is it possible to add an link to delete all? When you play a few games the messages build up pretty fast and it takes awhile to delete them all. Thanks Cncfreak
  16. Gotta say I have had an absolute blast playing all these games and recording my scores. I know I'm not that good but i will mostly use this as a way to keep track of my personal bests. Keep up the good work Serious.
  17. Actually a buy it now on E-bay. They were about an hour away so I went and picked them up. The last one i had shipped ended up like this because of the horrible packing and also they had the wrong model number in the ad so it wasn't what they promised.
  18. Cool thanks, One of the 20 inch monitors has discoloration on the bottom right corner and the screen i think is a little off from top to bottom so i'm going to look for a local tv repair place that does free estimates and see if they can clear it up. The other two look great and can't wait to get them setup in my game room.
  19. Sony PVM-14L1 (2004) Sony PVM-20M4U (2000) Sony PVM-20M4U (1999) All work but one of the 20" monitors has red blue green lines at the very top running horizontal. Now it's time to buy me some SCART Cables for all my systems and see how they look. Does anyone know of any guides to help calibrate these things? Nothing where i have to go inside but more the color settings.
  20. Well I tried to click on the last one and what do you know, they are now officially sold out. The ones who bought one, please let us know how they are when you get it up and running.
  21. Yeah that's what I thought. Always like ways to get rid of aging power supplies, but this kinda scares me.
  22. Has anyone bought one of these yet? http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?ff3=4&pub=5574883395&toolid=10001&campid=5336500554&customid=&mpre=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fitm%2FAtari-600XL-800XL-65XE-130XE-XE-GS-Game-System-USB-Power-Adapter-Cable-Tested-%2F331009703144%3Fpt%3DUS_Vintage_Computing_Parts_Accessories%26hash%3Ditem4d11b73ce8
  23. GZSFRK bought a ton of boxed games from me. Super fast payment and very nice to deal with in PMs.
