i'm looking for a red cubase dongle if anyone has one for sale please

-
yes you must populate the upper bank in the same way as the lower bank ie: solder in another 16 chips the same! it will work without the small yellow resistors but probably advisable to use them
you will also need 3 x 68R resistors to turn the bank on (they are located just as your picture ends, you will see 3 resistors missing at the end of a bank of them just abouve the MMU chip (square black chip)
you need good soldering skills and a magnifying glass on a mount to see what you are doing properly
they are quite hard to find i have found those chips or i have seen them at silly prices
your other option would be a Marpet upgrade kit or similar which plugs into the MMU and SHIFTER chips, using that you could go all the way up to 4mb, no soldering required
again it's finding that kit...

hi people
i'm looking for a replacement power supply to replace the original Ingersol 12 volt 3.6va one for the VCS
can anyone explain to me what the 3.6va bit means? (voltage amps i think)
on the later type 2600 junior the psu was 12v 500ma - what's the difference? and can these 2 psu's be used on either machine?
i can get 12v psu's easy enough but just wanna make sure it's the right one..
thanks

-
hi, i´m interested... how much to send to portugal?
hi

-
i'm looking for some of the above IC chips for the VCS
if anyone can help please let me know
thanks

you can use any amiga mouse by swaping the wires to pins 1 and 4 around, it will then work on an atari st
or if you want an original st one let me know as i have a few...

i'm not used to this forum so just hosted it on my linux box.
http://pripper.co.uk/e107_plugins/sgallery....php?view.2.1.1

thanks for replying, just sent you a message

I have a SCSI hard drive I don't use, I'll need to look for it I can't recall size of the drive I think it's 20MB.

-
is this the single cable that goes from the back of the atari to a hdd if so i have one spare...i need the cable that links two together
the ones i have just link to the back of the 520st but can only use one at a time :S when i get chance to look in my garage i'll digg it out and post a picture since i'm not certain what i have is what your after.hi

-
hello people
if anyone has one for sale i am interested in a SCSI host adaptor for an ST/STE so i can use a hard drive
preferably the type that has the host adaptor in the cable end (like the LINK / LINK II) but there were other types too like this
so if anyone can help please PM me
thanks

hi people
if anyone has (complete or not) any of those memory upgrade kits only used for STF/STFM machines made by Marpet or Xtra Ram Deluxe so you could add 30 pin simms to them and make it a 4mb machine i'm interested
actually i have one but the main simm board is dodgy i think, so i'm really just after this part but i'd take a complete one if available
i'm in the UK and will pay shipping etc...
thanks -
hi people
i have recently acquired about 25 games for the VCS (i'm in the UK)
now some of the games work but some don't, the ones that don't when i switch it on you can see the picture and hear the sound but the screen is rolling fast
i don't know if these carts are PAL or NTSC?
what would an NTSC cart do if i plugged it in a PAL system?
thanks
-
nah this is the later TT/MEGA STE keyboard basically i have taken out the actual keyboard and underneath are no screws just loads of black "push back" clips! which i dunno how i'm mean't to hold back about 20 of them at the same time!
then a metal plate will come off and expose the circuit board
the rubber spring part is under the bey not inside the keybaord like the standard ST/STE
could take a pic?
-
hi guys
as the title says really
how can i change a dead key on this type of keyboard? i've opened it up and unlike any other atari keyboard i've seen it looks like a sealed unit... rubbish!
any ideas?
