  1. 1) Archon 2) Jumpman 3) Summer Games 4) Pinball Construction Set 5) F-15 Strike Eagle
  2. Just picked up from Ebay: 72 R DA 20727 233
  3. I have done the Supervideo mod on my 800XL and 130XE. I just picked up a 1200XL. New project!
  4. It's a free market and he can ask for whatever he wants. If no takes it, then he may adjust the sales price or put it on Ebay.
  5. I have done the 130XE video mod as well as Bryan's 800XL video mod. My 130XE is much brighter than the XL. Is there anything else I can do?
  6. It says, "Ready to plug and play." I would think that means it is a functional unit. You might be able to dispute that with PayPal.
  7. Hmm. Welp, Photoshop this.... LOL "Proof of Life"
  8. Rework the motherboard, and slam it in a !200XL case... There is no finer machine...\ If I could find a decent 1200XL case. Can't believe how crappy those keyboards are near the end of the 8-bit life cycle. Can you really type on it??? Just completed the Super Video MOD today. Probably will do the 32 in one OS since the OS is socketed. Much nicer than my 800XL with Super Video MOD.
  9. FRY's has them in 5 a pack (2% tolerance) for about $1. I bought a pack earlier this week.
  10. I think I have that item on my watch list on the Bay. It's probably a "good condition" one with box, right?
  11. I know!! It's been crazy. Only 1 of the collections was from Reno but picked up most from between here and SanFran. There was the one collection I had to drive to LA for. To add to it all, I am picking up a small collection in Sacramento this weekend. I'll post what I get. Bad thing.... I am moving into a new house at the beginning of the month. Guess what I have to move???? LOL Lucky you. Perhaps I need to post in Craig's list.
  12. I'm surprised to see so much Atari stuff come out of Reno. Just recently I asked my co-worker up there to keep an eye out for old Atari 8-bit stuff.
  13. If I remember correctly, back in '84 I had a 64k 600xl and dual OS board that had the 800 ROM. It ran fine. The dual OS was a hot setup back in the day!
  14. Recent Ebay: My first Atari 130XE (with yellowing keyboard-yuck!) with a Rana 1000. I wanted it more for the Rana 1000 since that was my first floppy drive back in 1984!
  15. I remember my parents buying me a TI-99 because it was the cheapest after rebates. That was about 24 years ago and I still have it! Unfortunately, the PEB was too espensive and I soon tired of using the tape drive. Never really got into the system. A few years after that, I got an Atari 600XL and never looked back. Flash forward to recent times. A few years I found a TI with loaded PEB (minus RS232) for cheap. Now I need some programs to run on it. BTW-all time favorite in the day was Parsec with voice synth.
  16. Did this MOD and it removed all of my vertical bars. Now I have to add the resisters to complete the MOD.
  17. I hope removing L5 and re-routing power will remove the faint vertical bars. Not sure of MB revision, though.

    My Wanteds

I also have a TI box that is populated. I forget what is inside as it has been a while since I played with it. I do know it has the floppy and controller with DOS cart. Can't remember if it had memory expansion and RS232 or not.
  19. I wished I bought the original Cuttlecart when I had the chance
  20. Is there any software out there where I can use a PC to mount an image and play off on a real ST? I'm kinda getting tired of transferring the Automation disks onto floppies.
