The only soundtrack I was ever disappointed in was Flash Gordon, Because it sounded like they just poorly recorded it off the movie...Even leaving the dialogue in! I was trying to check out some of the keyboard textures and instrumental parts and in comes the talking. Might as well just watch the movie then.

Pirates of the Caribbean movies also have Awesome soundtracks! The same guy did Gladiator which is why Pirates sounds like Gladiator sped up...Also Anything by Tangerine Dream.
