Animal Crossing: New Leaf on the 3DS is by far the best Animal Crossing, there's just no contest. I still have a soft spot for Wild World on the original DS though. =)

So I guess Voyager hasn't been shot down by Klingons yet.

Elsewhere it was commented that one wouldn't want to be programming for the Voyager in case one made a mistaked and "bricked" it, far away in space. I commented that if an alien captures or destroys the probe, the programmer might still get the blame here on Earth that no data any longer are received.

I haven't played a Metal Gear game since the original Playstation... And I recently bought some memory cards for the PS1 for $1.99 at Goodwill, so...

The first Metal Gear (MSX) saved to tape!

My C64 disks still load and run fine, even ones I made.

I have programs on cassettes that still load just fine into my TI. Plenty of disks for the C64 and Amiga too. Pretty robust media when stored properly.

Now I have to hook up a usb to serial cable and a PAD-1 irda interface. First have dinner...

I used to work 16 hour days around Christmas at a beverage warehouse, pulling orders and loading them. That was positively brutal. I won't do that anymore!
