  1. Is this yours Lemmi? Would you be willing to ship to New Zealand? Also, would this work on PAL games? Sorry for the questions, am very unfamiliar with both the item and eBay. Thanks in advance. yes it is sorry im trying to learn how to sell on ebay and use paypal at this time, i want to keep it simple right now, and ive only shipped overseas 1 time in my life i have no idea if PAL games work in it (i dont own any), someone else might be able to answer that and holy crap $20 to $25 shipping is the cheapest listed for about 2 1/2 to 3 pounds to new zealand with USPS, that will probably be 2 times the cost of what it will sell for... wow just wow, and i complain when something costs $10 the item switches between 6 games you stick into the unit, you turn off the atari click a button then turn it back on and play. repeat for the other games plugged into it, and ebay is a nightmare... stay away... lol Okay, thanks for that! I can never seem to get the hang of eBay, thanks for the advice. Good luck with your sale!
  2. I'm actually really enjoying Ninja Gaiden III. I'm still probably no good at it... but it's a brilliant game. For me personally, nothing compares to Ninja Gaiden on the SMS... my first taste of the NG games, and for me the best!
  3. I was watching Zodiac yesterday (true story about the Zodiac killer), and I noticed at around 1 hour and 38 minutes into it, when two of the main characters were talking there was an old TV next to one of them, the TV had Pong on it. With the ball going into the right player's field then coming up, just on that repeated pattern. I'm not sure if that one has been posted here or not, if it hasn't I can easily grab a screenshot from the movie. Link to IMDB if anyone's wondering which movie it is... http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0443706/

  5. I own a boxed copy of Electrocop, bought it because I didn't think it looked that bad.. haven't played it yet though (amongst the piles of games in my "Yet to play" pile). I'll have to track it down this afternoon and give it a blast..
  6. Do you just mean the main "circuit chip" like thing? Heh, excuse my ignorance. Because I have about 7 Atari Jr's lying around, I'd be quite happy to take one apart and photograph the board if you wish.
  7. I must be the odd one out here.. reading all these threads about people wanting Lynx's, and being annoyed if they got a Gameboy. I got my Gameboy one Xmas (I think I must've been 5... so that makes it about 1993), have always enjoyed my Gameboy! I remember later on, around 1999 when I was 12 or so seeing a Lynx for sale at a secondhand shop, had no idea what they were though. Now I've got several Lynxs and several Gameboys... couldn't live without either! Very nice collection though by the way! Impressive.
  8. I live down in New Zealand, NZ being a PAL region all I have is PAL carts. I'm bound to have a few spares, I know I have a complete silver label Asteroids and Dodge 'em which are spare. Which particular ones are you after? Carts only or boxes too?
  9. I think I've just created a new avatar...
  10. My first go... Couldn't resist doing Wolfenstein 3D! Easily one of the best games ever made!! Edit: For those wondering the model # is that of Berzerk; cannot get enough of that game lately!
  11. Thanks for that Gregorgy DG, much appreciated!
  12. Thanks for your reply Horst. I never realised that Ninja Gaiden was originally in the arcade. I have fond memories of playing Ninja Gaiden on my Sega Master System when I was a kid (I'm only 20). I managed to find it again recently and have had a great time playing it. Off sick today from work so was playing some Chip's Challenge when I came across my Ninja Gaiden III cart, thought I'd have a crack at it. I'm glad you say it is difficult, I was wondering if I'm just incredibly bad at it. It may be just me, but ever since I bought my first Lynx I seem to have a noticed a trend in that majority of the games seem a tad more difficult compared to those on other systems. Anyone else agree?
  13. I was just playing Ninja Gaiden III on my Lynx and was going to make a post on here seeing if anyone else found it as difficult as I did first time around, I decided first to search for the manual (easier than finding mine) on AA's Lynx database. Only to find that the entries are.. Ninja Gaiden and then Ninja Gaiden III: Ancient Ship of Doom. Now I'm just wondering what the story behind Ninja Gaiden II is? Was one ever made? Cheers.
  14. I'd heard about it, but never seen it till now. That looks damn impressive! I take back my original post!!
  15. Maybe that is how I came under the impression I was under... For some reason I'd always assumed 7800 carts were backward compatible and work fine in a 2600.. I found this hard to believe when I saw screenshots of 7800 games. Cheers!
