  1. I can handle this if needed. I would love to support it by requesting 100. -M
  2. As I said, everyone can disagree.
  3. heh. Yes! I will add to those descriptions as I find time. I can see some of you have already purchased some even as I was just putting the finishing touches on the site! I will get these out this week. ENJOY!
  4. Not for the foreseeable future. I have been wanting to get boxes produced for other things i sell as well and have yet to get a vendor. It's always a possibility, but I don't see that happening for months if not longer. -M
  5. Sorry, could not tell you right now. I haven't played the others extensively and I have played this one even less. It seems very complete, but I cannot say for sure.
  6. They are all live on the site. Let me know if you have any questions. Also, the cart shells will be grey in the future (as close to Lynx grey as I could find). -M
  7. Yes! It should be up before midnight PDT (-8 GMT)
  8. So folks, here it is! This is the easiest way for EVERYONE to have access to the prototypes with a minimum investment. This means you do not need to have a multicart (although eventually you will be able to use them on one) I have them for sale at my website and one year from now or whenever sales meet or exceed my purchase price (whichever comes first), I will release all of the dumps into the wild. I don't think I am charging all that much for them. They "playability" varies WILDLY amongst them. Some are almost completed games, some are just proofs of concept. I have tried to identify which is which in the descriptions on the site. I will post more screenshots and videos as I have time, but I need to finish building customer machines and installing upgrades. People were kind of chomping at the bit to get more information, so I pushed on the gas a little bit on this one. I am fully aware that once these leave my hands, someone could dump them and post them from here to kingdom come. I mean, I would hope that they could wait a bit so that--in the future--should an opportunity like this happen again, I can again make sure they are available to everyone in the community to play on real hardware (and, eventually on emulation and multicarts and cigar box banjos). I am also aware that some may disagree with my motives, process, hairstyle, and/or choice of deodorant, and they are fully entitled to have that opinion. I did what I thought was the best thing for all concerned and went with it. So, here is the link: https://thebrewingacademy.com/collections/atari-lynx They are not all up yet and the pictures could be brighter, but you get the drift. The prices will range from $20-$30 each and a deal if you buy all of them. For example, the BattleZone demo is, well, not even a demo so far as I can tell. I would put it more at proof of concept. It will be $20. Thanks!
  9. Even if it was an XLF, it still has the cart on top. XLF is a motherboard redesign, not a form factor change. Also, if it was an 800XE, there would be no port the Ultimate was "too small" for as the ECI port is smaller than the cartridge and the Cart port i, well, where it would go.
  10. If you have an 800XL, the cartridge slot is on top (silver doors). The back of the 800XL is a Parallel Bus Interface (PBI) and does not accept any normal cartridges.
  11. Well, huh. Sorry about that. I have fixed the ones listed on thebrewingacademy.com Here is the most recent version (1.81) UAV_manuals.zip
  12. I have them in hand. They took a bit to get here. Will have an update just as soon as I can get everything off of my desk. -M
  13. If **ANYONE** wants to publish a game on the UNO board, contact us immediately! We can produce them for you, you earn royalties and be rolling in the small bucks!
  14. Have you tried different cables? Have you moved the existing cables away from power supplies/sources of RF interference? Have you adjusted the color pot on the main board? Have you tired the s-video connection? Have you compared this output to other 8-bit outputs using the same cables and monitor? All those items being said, you might also want to put ferrite cores on the cables. You cannot compare composite to DVI, that is a comparison bound to tilt in the favor of the DVI and does not offer a realistic basis by which to judge anything.
  15. Yes. https://thebrewingacademy.com/collections/atari-800-xl-xe-xel-xld/products/atari-800-xl-xe-ultimate-sd-cart
  16. Sure. I would have no problem carrying something like this, assuming my daughters--who are currently pulling my hands away from the keyboard and crawling under my chair--allow me to make it.
  17. I do not understand what this means. Every motherboard shipped included a printed BOM with all parts as well as a printout of the motherboard's silkscreen. The BOM includes links to all parts and references board locations. -M
  18. The Brewing Academy sells every single component you need to build either XEL or XLD. Just send an email to macrorie@thebrewingacademy.com OR PM me here. -M
  19. Seriously, how much more clearly do I have to draw it? ;-) Nudge, Nudge, wink, wink
  20. Have you set the switch on the BOB-12731 board to 3.3v? Do you have the jumper on the 1088 m/b (J4) set to the correct handshake method? (I use DSR, but it needs to match whatever you are telling RespeQt to look for)
  21. The BIOS for the XEL & XLD is the same except for the boot "splash" that says XLD instead of XEL, so if you are trying to test and you have the latest "XEL" firmware, it would be virtually the same and a good test.
  22. I am sure a fair and equitable price was worked out by both parties.
