    As far as I know the only VGA box that will even boot up back ups is the one called TREAMCAST VGA BOX. It will boot up everything with no need to use Utopia. From what I read It only needs the system to start up, the light on te box goes on and so does the monitor. I have been searching ebay all over the world. I know that It comes from Hong Kong.

    You need NERO or any other program that will allow you to build a UDF ISO image.

    It has limited light gun support but you use a crosshair with the dreamcast controller stick to aim but It doesn't work with Hogan's alley.

    one thing to consider is that since the 3DO did not require licensing in order to produce games. I had a 3DO once and some of the games are decent like Super Street Fighter II TURBO and others that were some of the worst trash to ever escape an incineratorn. Paatank comes to mind.

    There was a project called MAME D yes It was MAME on Dreamcast but because of memory limitations development has stopped. There was also WOW MAME the last one by Ian Michael was 80's WOW Pack christmas edition and can be found here: http://imrtechnology.ngemu.com/emulators.htm as for more modern games running on Dreamcast there have been no new updates on these emulators.
