I loved the original GTA on PlayStation!

-
Yeah. I actually do, too. I'm on JS2 a little more just because it's more Jaguar, but I still visit AA every single day when I'm making my rounds
What he said.
Lets all spread some Jaguar love!

-
Mario!
Never saw the attraction with Mario Bros. but have pretty much loved every sequel since apart from Super Mario Bros. 2 which of course wasn't a proper Mario title anyway.

@ viMaster,
Word!

And the nintendo 64 supposedly didn't do well (I personally didn't know anybody who didn't have one, but eh...whatever) But even then, they still did good.
I just found out N64 achieved lifetime sales of 32.9 million units so it didn't do as poorly as some seem to think. As I've said earlier in the thread, it was trounced by PlayStation when measured by market share but not if measured by profitability for Nintendo.

Many first gen DC games looked WAY better than PS2 games because of better AA hardware
Together with the fact DC has double the video memory of PS2.

-
The game wasn't 100% finished.
Yes, and as I've also previously stated in the thread, everyone perhaps need to remember this crucial fact when criticising Dreamcast in relation to this game.

Rumor has it that 10,000 copies were produced of several end of life Saturn games:
Panzer Dragoon Saga
Magic Knight Rayearth
Burning Rangers
Shining Force III scenario 1 (US version)
Yep, I stand corrected. I got confused with another game that only supposedly had 5000 copies released which incidentally was the PAL version of Space Channel 5 pt.2 on PS2.
-
gotta have the panzer dragoons in the saturn collection
The only other PD game I own apart from PDS is PD Orta (Xbox) which is pretty cool. I've heard PD Zwei/II is similar in that its an on-rails 3D shmup similar in some ways to Space Harrier. Is that correct, do you know?
-
I think it was produced in seriously small numbers near the end of the Saturn lifecycle
Thats probably very true. Many games fell vivtim to short lifespan but it just makes them more desirable:)
Yep, it was released towards the end of Saturn's lifespan. I also recall reading somewhere Sega only released around 5000 copies of the PAL English language version. I'm unsure how many copies they released in the US but as it appears to be pricey there too common sense would perhaps suggest that was a rather limited release also. My guess is that as Sega pulled the plug on Saturn in the US a while before they did so in Europe perhaps they decided not to manufacture too many US copies.

Nomad rules..
You can connect a extra controller and play 2 player games on system or TV and has a stereo jack
And from what I recall it plays all regions.
It certainly does rule.
It doesn't quite play all PAL games but it plays the majority. I love connecting it to my TV via a Scart cable to get a superior quality image in addition to the fact it plays my Mega Drive games at 60Hz rather than my PAL Mega Drive's 50Hz.

Nice to see the first two Panzer Dragoon games in there. I don't have either but I'm kinda celebrating today as I've just taken delivery via ebay of Panzer Dragoon Saga. Woohoo!

-
The only region-specific game is Dragon's Lair for the Jaguar CD unit.
Welcome to the world of Jaguar!

You mean you've never played Contra: Ghetto?!

Cool.
Just one thing, as I don't wish to derail the thread, Tee Off is a golf game, not tennis!

I also plan on doing a JagFest
.....of course there can be more than one JagFest i imagine, but maybe when the time is right i can work with some of the others that hold these JagFests.... If i held my own JagFest id dont see the problem with that either.
Any chance of adding a European leg to your JagFest tour? Please!!
Yes ,actually traveling overseas with the JagFest is something i want to do aswell, kinda like what Gaztee does with his VR setup
,but obviously i wont be able to bring all the Jaggy goods that i have here in the states. Ive got alot of plans and support for the Jaguar in the future.
JAGUAR RULES!!I'm dribbling with excitement! JAGUAR RULES!!

You sure get plenty of dust in your town!P.S. Watch your DC doesn't overheat as its air vent is right alongside your Genesis.

@ Buddies,
Summer 2010 maybe a while off but I'd seriously consider holidaying in the US at that time to see your setup and to meet up with you and other Jaguar fans off JS-II and AA in person.

Great item to own but few Jaguar owners would deserve having it more than you.
Some would say you live in a virtual reality anyways!
 -
Originally I had my Wii connected to a Sony 28" CRT widescreen via the standard cable that came supplied and it looked average. When I replace the TV with a Sony Bravia 40" 1080p using the same cable it looked pretty bad, i.e. ghosting and colour bleeding. I've since replaced the cable with the component one and the image is great and its superb for games that have the EDTV mode.
In EDTV early games such as Zelda displayed plenty of jaggies but that game was of course originally developed for Game Cube. Current title such as Mario Kart look fantastic.

Hi guys,
I consider that pricey in my opinion. I would say $75 is right.
Anthony....
Compared to ebay prices in the UK for Virtual Boy its a very good deal!

According to the statements they send me, Nintendo hasn't had negative quarter since I've owned their stock (2000). I was actually hoping they'd have an earnings warning so the short-termers would drive the stock down. That way I could buy some more.
You won't be buying more for some time yet! Link

I had no idea this game was so pricey nowadays. I bought my first Jaguar back in February and within a week had snagged a BNIB sealed copy of B2K off ebay for about £10/US$20 plus shipping. I guess I must have been lucky.
