Any improvements to either game would get a hell of a lot more attention through an arcade emulator than with a Jaguar port.
I don't get why you need it to be an Atari Jaguar cartridge in your fantasy. If you like WWF Superstars the way it is and want to play it that bad, then just download an emulator and the ROM and have at it.

As a kid I remember bits and pieces of things I wore but nothing major stands out. I think I was a ghost one year... "I got a rock" ... and another year I was The Fonz. It had a mask and a drape-over image. I seriously think it may have been this one: https://www.ebay.com/itm/293436413540
As an adult and parent though... I had a full-on Star Trek TOS Science Officer uniform with replica phaser, communicator and tricorder. Slick-back hair and God-awful, foot-pinchy black boots that looked right out of the series. Well - the two years I could fit into it. 🤣🤣

I once was a "Stormtrooper" and by that I mean the store bought Stormtrooper mask, then the picture of the Stormtrooper over your chest to tell the other kids what you were supposed to be. I don't remember what blaster I used though...I think the only one I had was a Han Solo model....Or, maybe I used this black dart gun rifle because that would have looked more the part...
