With what you're offering here, looks like you're really after a motorized scooter...

Just funnin'. Good luck with the sales!
Haha, I should rephrase that; help me put a downpayment on a motorcycle!

Hey guys, I've accumulated a bunch of stuff over the past little while, but I really don't have the time, or inclination to play most of it. So I'd like to sell it to purchase a motorcycle.
Here's what I've got so make me an offer. I'm not desperate to sell by any means. And all of this stuff is tested and good to go. Pics will be up tonight.
Sega Saturn Bundle
Console w/ 1 Controller and composite hookups
Sega Saturn Choice Cuts
Black Dawn
Clockwork Knight
Die Hard Trilogy
Ghen War
Hang On
NHL All Star Hockey
NHL 97
Virtua Fighter
Virtua Fighter Remix
Some games don't have a Saturn case, some have cracked cases. All the games work however.
NES Stuff
72 Pin Connector; Brand New
Super Mario Brothers 3; Cart Only
Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure; Box, Manual and Cart
Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom; Tengen release, box and manual although the box had an inch cut off its total length for some reason.
Game Genie; Loose
Dracula; Complete
Ironman; Complete

Hey Guys,
I picked up a thrift store NES console and, surprise surprise, it doesn't work. I attempted to fix the existing 72 pin connecter but they had no effect on the blinking red light so I purchased a replacement. No more blinkies but the screen on the cartridges I have (Super Mario 3, Bill and Ted and Indiana Jones) is usually garbled or remains black. I cleaned all the cartridges thoroughly with rubbing alcohol as well as the pickups for the 72 pin connector.
What's next to try, or is this console totally dead?

Hey guys,
I bought a Street Fighter 4 Arcade stick made by Madcatz the other day and it seems to be fully working. However, I'm not 100% sure about the square gate and the buttons themselves don't feel like the highest quality. As well, it doesn't seem quite big enough.
I'm really considering returning it, but I'm wondering if the production run on these things was limited. It's not the Tournament Edition, just the basic one but the box claims "Limited Edition." Is that just tacked on to sell units or is it a legit small run collectors edition?
Also, is it possible to use this thing with my Macbook for playing 2600 games?
Cheers

I've got Bioshock 2, Mag, Heavy Rain and GTA4

Hey guys, looking to see what kind of offers I can get on a few items. Looking to sell in lots if possible.
Game Gear:
Dracula - Box with cardboard insert, plastic case and manual
X-Men - Box with plastic case and manual
Taz in Escape from Mars - Box, plastic case and manual
Shaq Fu - Box with cardboard insert, plastic case and manual
Iron Man XO Manowar in Heavy Metal - cardboard insert, plastic case, warrenty card. This one's in excellent condition
Garfield Caught in the Act - Box, plastic case and manual
Earthworm Jim- Box, plastic case and manual
Stargate - Box, plastic case, carboard insert and manual. This one's in decent shape as well
The rest of the boxes are in fairly rough shape, my gamegear stopped working and I don't really have the interest in it to get another one. You can have the broken one free if you buy the whole lot.
Sega Saturn
Oval Console, hookups and one controller
Black Dawn - No Case
Virtua Fighter - No Case
Hang On - No Case
Die Hard Trilogy - Case, manual but no front label
The Crow - Case and manual
Sega Sports NHL All Star Hockey - Case and Manual
Clockwork Knight - Case and Manual
Ghen War - Case and Manual
NHL 97 - Case and Manual
Virtua Fight Remix - Case and Manual (Good Shape)
All cases are in rough shape
Again, not desperate to sell and I've also got it listed locally. Just wondering what I can get for the lots. I'll try and get some pictures up tomorrow.
Cheers

Dante's Inferno? There's a bit of puzzle solving and platforming mixed in with the hack and slash gameplay but it's alot of fun and the atmosphere is great

NES with two controllers, a light gun and all the hookups for $20; might not sound great but thats a steal in this area. People here think everything is worth a FORTUNE, I recently saw a 2600 and some commons listed in a local classifieds site for $150...
Anyway, the NES has the dreaded "blinking light of death." I tried re bending and cleaning the 72 pin connector and the best I got was some black and white images of the start of Mario 3, but not everything came in... Anyone have a replacement 72 pin connector for sale?

I loved the first one, so I picked up the collectors edition of the second one on launch... School hasn't left me alot of time to play it, so I haven't even touched it yet...
-
I got the demo, but have had no luck as of yet to get into a game...
Is anyone online playing quick matches?
-
I'm in for Canada
-
Yep, absolutely fantastic game
I just finished it yesterday and I'd easily recommend it to anyone. The Assassins Tombs are alot of fun
-
Fallout Three GOTY and GTA Episodes from Liberty City.
I just finished Ballad of Gay Tony and I'm on to Lost and the Damned. I bought Assasins Creed 2 when it was on for $30 before Christmas but haven't had much time to play it, I also picked up Heroes over Europe the other day for $10 and I have no idea when I'll get to play that since Dante's Inferno and Bioshock 2 come out very soon.

The years I'm not 100% sure on so this is an approximate, but I can always remember unboxing them!
91' or 92' I think I got an NES with a Super Mario Brothers and Robin Hood Prince of Thieves. I remember my dad used to play Super Mario Bros. after I went to bed and actually beat the game before I did! My parents gave it away on me after I got my Genesis
94' or 95' I think I got my Sega Genesis which I still have
99' I got my Sega Dreamcast which I also still have
2007 they gave me an Xbox which I unfortunately gave to an ex

I've got the Xbox 360 wheel for Forza 3 and I love it, I hate playing it with a controller now. I have it set up on a desk with my Xbox 360 going into a computer monitor. It's a great setup and lots of fun for not a ton of cash.... Except that right now my monitor is busted and I'm still waiting for its replacement.

Beamrider at the moment
-
Hmmm, maybe that will be a good winter project then!
And Goldeneye needs to be released on XBLA!!
-
Thrift finds have been ridiculous lately, after months of nothing!
Game Gear - no power adaptor
Goldeneye 007 N64
Both for $11
Edit: Game Gear seems to be busted, it powers on but nothing comes up and there seems to be a few dead pixels... Anyone interested in it for parts? If I take it back I'm sure it will be tossed into the garbage. What I paid ($6) plus shipping? Or I'm looking for Surround and Video Olympics for the 2600
Cheers

Absolutely, my next door neighbor used to have one when I was younger... I just remember it DRAINING batteries hahaha. They're tough to find out here and I figured with all those boxed games a system would have been there; oh well.
Its hovering around freezing at the moment, we got hit by a pretty good snowstorm yesterday though. It was the usual wet snow/ice we get, the stuff that makes even using a snowblower a pain.
-
And yet more Game Gear finds... and I don't even own a Game Gear!
All games are boxed
Shaq Fu
X-Men
Iron Man - X-O Menace in Heavy Metal
Taz - Escape from Mars
Earthworm Jim
All for $24
-
Three GameGear games all CIB
Garfield
Stargate
Bram Stokers Dracula
$12

Man, what is going on with these Gamestops? I work at an EB Games and its completely different. There's a store near us that used to be called Microplay (they got bought up by some other company, but I don't know which) and we refer people there constantly for system repairs and older gen stuff and we get customers from them for new releases they don't get as many of. In the case of the gutted new copies, I offer it to people; if they don't want it fine (please don't make a fuss about it, it's not our decision.. I certainly don't like it). Same goes with PS2/Game Cube games sans case, although we're trying to cut down on that and we shouldn't be taking them in really, the fine print on alot of flyers says games must have booklet and case.

My local thrift has been a gold mine lately:
Just today I picked up for the 2600;
Ice Hockey
Beamrider
Turmoil
Q-Bert
All for $15, probably not the deal of the century, but this town is usually pretty dead for the classic stuff.

Hey guys,
Just like the title says, I'm looking to get a 6 button Genesis Arcade stick.
Thanks,
Apok
