Does anyone know where I can buy a USB CD Burner that works with iTunes? To burn CD-Rs from iTunes (on a PC)...

I've reached day 10 with Covid. Still have symptoms. Looking forward to getting passed this so I can do pinball and beer again.

Had a big-toe nail removed today because it was ingrown. Just in case anyone is interested.

Not too many posts in off topic any more, i guess everyone went to Twitter or Facebook?

Is it it me or is AA traffic down quite a bit these past few days?

I saw Blue Oyster Cult last night. Look at how close I was to the stage. Tickets were only $55 plus a small fee (non Ticketmaster, yey!). I'd rather pay $55 to see one of my top 5 bands (first CD I bought with my own money was a BOC CD -- Fire of an Unknown Origin in 1986) rather than drive 75 miles away and pay double to sit in nosebleed seats to see whatever current auto-tuned pop star is hip.
One of the t-shirt styles they were selling said Blue Oyster Cult -- 1972 to Forever. I was born in 1972, so I wanted to buy one but they were sold out. All 1,350 seats were sold out in the beautiful Robins Theatre. There were even some young people there. There's really not a bad seat in the house in these smaller venues, and it's actually better to sort of sit in the middle of the venue for better audio. I was near the bass speakers. About 10 of us got to fist bump Buck Dharma.

We have front row tickets to see Blue Oyster Cult on Sunday at a recently re-opened theatre/venue. $65 each. At that price, I couldn't resist. I saw America 2 months ago at the same theatre. 2 of my top 5 bands marked off my must see list.

Anybody remember an MSDOS navigation utility that looked almost like 'tree' but allowed a highlight to be moved with the arrow keys, and the enter key changed to that directory?

I love selling stuff on eBay to people with buyer's remorse, who then just make up issues in order to get a refund.

Same for me. Sold a 5200 multicart that was working perfectly the day I listed it for auction. Buyer then claimed that the multicart wouldn't boot. I asked him to validate the files on the SD card. He said "I don't have a computer." I asked how he planned on adding ROMs to the SD card if he didn't have a computer. He sent it back and I validated that all the files required were on the SD card. Wound up putting it up for auction again.

I wonder why no one ever talks about Metallica's first two albums anymore? (Currently listening to Battery.)

Oh no! An email I received said a 'hacker' has incriminating pictures of me and they'll ruin my reputation unless I send them $2,000 in bitcoin!
I hate to tell the hacker this, but my reputation certainly isn't worth $2,000. In fact, releasing such pictures might even improve my reputation around here... -
Just finished my final for Computer Networking, hoping for the best lol.

6 inches of snow=2 hours of Shoveling then 8 hrs. of gaming!
-
Depends on how much real estate there is to shovel. If it takes you that long to shovel you might want to get a snow blower. I've been lucky in that my father-in-law keeps finding snow blowers for me. 6 inches would be pretty easy to snow blow. It's the shit when the plow comes through and creates a four foot wall of ice at the end of the driveway that's a real pain in the ass. I hate snow.

If it were up to me, I would have ended the Terminator franchise with Salvation being the third and final film. Of course, the Universal Studios ride is what Salvation should have been.

Try selling on Craigslist today. C'mon, I dare you... ?
-
I currently have my Xbox 360, Kinect and games up on Craigslist only because people on eBay bitch about shipping prices all the time. Got one email from someone said they were interested last week and they never responded back. Got another email over the weekend and waiting for a response back.
I don't think selling on Facebook marketplace is any better. My wife posted the Xbox there and said often she gets messages from people who say they're interested but nothing ever comes of it.
