      I used to work (to the bone and then some) pulling orders for a beverage warehouse.  Lots of orders with San Pellegrino and for some reason La Isla Bonita would pop into my head.

      I mainly remember when it first appeared in the arcade.   After a dry spell,  it was something different and it was very well liked, for a short period of time before something else great came along.

      I always loved RoadBlasters, wasn't too bad at it. 

      Hard/Race Drivin' not so much - though at a free play arcade like Galloping Ghost, they are more fun.  Otherwise those two just ate money and were too choppy.

    Been forever since a filling popped out when eating something chewy.  I always think the food manufacturers put something in it until closer inspection..

      No it was just Milk Duds.  I don't even think of my filling coming out when I bite down on something hard, then upon further inspection find out it's the filling.  Then I stop chewing immediately until I can put the filling back in (but no more caramel for a long time, for sure!).

      Milk Duds, Junior Mints and Sugar Babies were our favorites at the theater when we were kids.  I liked P-Nuttles as well (toffee flavored peanuts) and Goobers but eventually theater snacks just got way too damn expensive.

      We've had a beekeeper that lived next door to us that had strays come over to our yard.  We've had hornet nests in the greenhouse, and yellow jacket nests within rockeries and shrubs and even under floorboards in our house.  I've been fortunate to not get stung terribly often in my lifetime.  If a queen got away from the neighbor the sky in our backyard would be FILLED with bees.  Fortunately honeybees, but still..  ?

      I got stung last week by a yellow jacket (I think) while I mowed my dad's lawn.  Stupid F-er got me right in the shin!  I looked down and saw it hanging on my leg so I flicked it away quickly before I could even see what it was.  It really burned and hurt instantly like I was stabbed (Hard!).  I do wish I'd gotten a better look though, to see what it was first.

      Those bastards are irritating.  Hornets are so much worse though.  We'd get all kinds of bees when apples fell off the trees.  Us kids were afraid to go barefoot in the summer.

    Boy, Hyper Sports is one infuriating game to emulate the controls on.  I CANNOT set them up to work right on the Long Horse event.

      Personally I love Empire Strikes Back for Atari 2600,  The First Star Wars Arcade game and (difficulty aside) some of the Famicom/Gameboy/NES/SNES games, maybe Jedi Death Star Battle (whatever it's called), And then things get dicey...The one for GBA with the Millenium Falcon was fun... for 5 minutes (swing and a miss), and that PS2 (Starfighter?) one with the Neverending Tutorial should have been fun ---Nope! It's Awful because they overly complicated everything about it)...I'll not go on...Too Depressing...

      It isn't. I did play it quite a bit BITD but usually because the arcade didn't have the original Star Wars machine in there. To this day, I've never seen one converted to TESB.

      Always thought that the game was kinda weak, but man do I love that series of cabinets.

    Cosmetic surgery tomorrow.. out of work 3 weeks.  I will be an ugly SOB for a while (black eyes) but it will be worth it in the long run.  Plus; no work!

      ^ Removal of eye bags/puffiness around the eyes.  I hate the look of it and it's gotten worse within the last 5 years or so.

      Ah fair enough, I have had that exact issue my whole life, dark circles, "bags" etc, it is literally from my mother's side, I cannot be bothered to do anything cosmetically as I am married 15 years + and I am 51 so as long as my wife loves me screw everyone else (here is a rough quick image to show I am not just lying, sometimes it can look better than this image and sometimes worse) but you have your reasons and best of luck, you do what makes you feel best. Hell 20+ years ago if I was in the financial position I might have considered it, lord knows I had enough of people saying "You look tired, get enough sleep last night?" in my life ?

      ^ I completely hear you.  It had just gotten worse within the last 5 years or so and I had saved up enough, so I took the plunge.  I look even worse today than I thought I would.  The eyes are black, crusty and swollen and have tape all over them.  Hideous!  But they're not getting teary as bad as before.  Just gotta take pain meds here and there.  The tape comes out Sunday.  Gonna be another week and a half or so before it looks presentable.  Right now, I will completely avoid going out or looking in mirrors.

      @fdurso224 Thanks Anthony!  Looked around and found something nearby-- still more than I was willing to part with-- but it looks like it does the job, got good reviews and is available currently.  I was hoping for $500 or less but I guess not in this economy.  $679 seems like the best I can do right now.

      I remember watching The Electric Co. occasionally in school...We all mainly liked the little Spider Man segment.   It is funny, I always remembered that theme song, but it sure sounded different in my head all these years!  I'll bet I haven't actually heard this  song since 4th Grade!

      Kyuukyoku Tiger is an incredible game that literally changed shooting games forever with its introduction of the cycling red/green/blue/yellow powerup icon, as it was the first shooter to ever have that, and now that cycling powerup is common in many shooting games. Twin Cobra, the international version of Kyuukyoku Tiger, is significantly different from Kyuukyoku Tiger, as well, so definitely consider checking out the differences. Kyuukyoku Tiger is way more difficult than Twin Cobra is, though...

    Doing an episode guide and some of the episodes I"m watching are only available from this YouTube guy recording from his cellphone with a VERY unsteady hand, and with animals making noises.  Very annoying.
