Started playing this game this week on the 3DS.. it's definitely a good challenge! Almost beat the first level but died three times. How do you get more lives though?

I played the original Dead Island a lot co-op with my brother, and I have fond memories of this. My only gripe with the game is that after some time you'll understand the limitations of the engine (eg. it cannot spawn more than X zombies) and the feeling of threat kind of disappears. Still loads of fun!

R-Type for the Jaguar! Love it!

I got Dark Void Zero as one of the last before the shop closed. Interestingly enough it's the only game that has an animation in the icon on my homescreen.

It has that Cannon Fodder vibe going for it, a bit more spy-oriented, and its one of a kind in the Lynx library. I would love to see more missions for it

Took customs a while to decide on whether I was allowed to have the game, but they finally made up their minds! Been enjoying this quite a bit. I know its not the best platformer out there but I find it to be a fair challenge compared to a lot of other games. It's also interesting to see the differences between this and the Lynx port. The coin + T-shirt make it a really nice addition to the collection.

Amazing collection! Congrats! Interesting to see some of the harder to find items, there was such a small window of time to obtain EotB and those Beta phase games for a decent price. Any favorites among all of them?

This game made me return to the Lynx in my college years. Amazing design and music. The levels will get progressively more difficult, good thing you have unlimited lives. I prefer it over Chip's Challenge

I'm happy to share with you the progress made on the battle screen, showcasing our first two heroes and the first Wyvern boss, design by Molly, animated by @Eternal-Krauser! She works in the game industry and this is her first time working on a homebrew project. Thank you for your attention! EDIT: Re-uploaded the animation, I screwed up some of the animation frames when creating the composition. The original animation is much smoother!

It's been a while since our last update, but we're building a lot! I'll share something more visual soon but I can give some insights: - the maps for the first region are almost finished - we are working a lot on the event engine needed for certain story elements - we have a new member on the team, a pixel artist who will focus on the boss designs Stay tuned 😎

For $700 I would make you a half working prototype of your choice! Off-topic.. I saw a YouTube video of a guy explaining why retro game collecting has been ruined and prices skyrocketed. All about investors artificially inflating the price (looking at you, Wata Games). This practice is awful. I wonder if that's the reason why the Lynx price also keeps increasing..

Finally a remake of We Love Katamari! Been waiting for that for like 15 years.. still playing the PS2 version once in a while but it looks washed out on a 4K TV
