where are you shipping from? Any idea of postage to California?
The other coast. Lol, just weighed them...5s is 8oz and 4 is 11oz. So you are gonna be around 2-3 lbs. Small flat rate would do it for like $7.90

You would need to do way too much work to make a jamma one work other than in a cabinet. The newer ones are like below I think is more for what you are after.
-
Like the title says, jamma versions of Pandoras Box 4 and 5s $25 each. Both work perfectly. If you have been wondering or on the fence, at this price, why wonder? Buyer pays shipping. PM for pics and I can send some short videos to email.

Version 1.0 even though it looks like it was fixed by MS at some point. But anyways you have 2 fans, so it's a 1.0
You can see original label under your label which was usually done when it was sent in for service, that is why your serial number is different.

I have seen that video before. It's the same thing. Maybe it's a rare version. Or so me were just different.
Whats the manufacture date?

my 05 wont keep time either (hasnt in quite a while) but yes the last models do not have the cap of death ... course you can only soft mod them and you cant up the ram but neither is a deal breaker, a reflash just has the convenience of using any hard drive instead of models that enable bios lock and ram... in 2019 the difference tween 64 and 128 has mostly been hashed out with better software unless you really want to run linux on the thing
Unless I am not understanding how you worded things, I just want to point out that modchips work fine in 1.6 Xboxes. You do have to be prepared it may go into to a "coma", but even that is totally repairable.

You're overly tempting me with that Super Dodgeball, one of my all time favorites. Problem is Neo Geo isn't entirely 100% JAMMA. And you're at a very good price on your Neo stuff, it shouldn't last long.
Is your dodgeball just the PCB?
Yes Dodgeball is just the PCB. I have nobody to play with, so that's why I am selling. Game is awesome!
And yes 1 slot NG boards are indeed Jamma interface and are plug and play. If the harness isn't Jamma+, then 4th button need wired up. 2 4 6 slots are MVS wiring standard.

Have a few 100% working and tested Jamma boards here that could use a new home. Prices don't include shipping and insurance but I charge exact costs. PM me for pics and feel free to ask any questions.
Cal 50 - $50.00
Technos Super Dodgeball - awesome game! $50.00
Konami Devastators - $35.00
Neo Geo MV 1C - this is Jamma plug and play although you may need to wire 4th button depending on your set up. $50.00 SOLD
Neo Geo Multicart 161 in 1 - $30 SOLD

Have a few games here that have been sitting around. Prices are pretty firm, shipping is not included. Any questions, just ask. All of my HuCards and some CD/SCD games are for sale even if not listed so if you are after something, shoot me a PM.
Time Cruise. Complete, box is rough. $70
Andre Panza Kick Boxing. Complete. Box is great, top flap corners are out of shape. $40
World Sports Competition. Opened, box flawless. $225
TV Sports Hockey. New, factory sealed $25
D&D Order of the Griffon. New, factory sealed. $325
It Came From The Desert. New, factory sealed. $100

Yea, it's gone nuts over the years, but, probably one of the rarest home console releases from the 90's. No doubt, only a die hard collector will be interested.
-
After much contemplating, I am considering selling off most of my US Turbografx Hucard games. All of them are boxed and complete with sleeves, original jewel cases, and instructions. This is probably more geared towards collectors because I would only sell for close to market value. I have every US released game but probably going to keep the Bonks games and Bomberman, probably a few others just because. I think most everyone at this point knows the rarity and value of some of these games. With that being said, I am just going to ignore any PM's trying to get something for next to nothing because we happen to be on the same forum together. PM if interested in anything. I have not really priced out individual stuff or double checked condition of boxes or instructions but can in the next few days and would price accordingly. No clue why pic won't upload in correct orientation.

I simply do not believe they would be that assinine to require a 3rd party smart device to connect the Switch to the internet. Has this not been debunked yet?
I, and numerous other gamers, believe it or not, do not own Android or iOS devices, or do not wish to sync them to our game consoles.
Fact: The Switch tablet has a 1/8" TRRS plug for use with wired gaming headsets. Third parties are already offering Switch wired headsets.
Funbling two devices while gaming instead of one is cumbersome. I fail to see how an android or iOS device is needed for any type of online connectivity not already possible with the Switch hardware, browsing and streaming apps aside. I've read the devkit leaks, and there is an html5 browser "applet" built into the system, only it is not user accessible and only called upon by apps, to access greenlisted content. I seriously doubt Nintendo would be so stubborn as to require an account on external smart device to ie participate in randomized online matches in games like Mario Kart or Splatoon.
Biggest issue is no bluetooth, and, with the headphone jack in main system, when docked, you are gonna need a long headset cable. And, if there is online chat, you will have no choice but to have a wired headset with mic and a really long cable.I assume that is why they are intending on making it your problem and the need for ios or android device. I would think, a BT adapter can be used in headphone jack though. In any case, a really shitty way to do it so I hope nobody is expecting this thing to really have a great online element because it's pretty clear no thought about it was actually part of the build and design process.

Nice machine and nice price. But, now that multimame machines are around $1000 or less, it will only sell to someone who really wants exactly what you have. With the hit you are going to take even if you got your asking price, if you have some ambition, sell the CRT for close to a few hundred, install LCD, cut cabinet off right at the very bottom of the control panel, move hardware behind LCD after you put a new bottom on it, and there is your first bartop. And, now you have a great pattern for your others. Or part it out. CRT you could probably get 300-600, cabinet 300, depending on hardware, about 200-400, and the control panel assembled maybe 200+. Nowhere near your asking price, but being that as far as all of the Mame cabs go, nobody really cares about quality as much as quantity. I mean, it totally sucks on your end but it's just kind of how it is now. Good luck with whatever happens !

If there's no Call of Duty or Madden on the system, I won't care much at all, and I doubt Nintendo cares much, either.
And this is the exact reason why nobody cares to support Nintendo systems. When was the last time anyone invested in an epic game for Nintendo? Epic like say, Destiny, COD, Mass Effect, Uncharted? Who cares enough to make a series like GOW, Halo, LBP for a Nintendo system? I am sure someone will say "but I don't like that style of game" which, isn't the point. The point is, MS and Sony love those games and developers love those games, not for the content, but for the money, a pat on the back for a job well done which in turn, leads to the developers really putting effort into making more and more games to keep people coming back. It builds a great relationship for everyone including the consumer. Meanwhile, Nintendo keeps an abusive type of relationship, and people keep going back for more like a battered wife. One thing Nintendo has proved for a decade and a half is that they don't care if their customers/fans get table scraps and nothing else. Meanwhile, Sony and MS rake in good money but more importantly, expanding user base year over year because they provide an ever growing user experience, not just for games, but entertainment and everone wants in on that action. It doesn't have to be one or the other, both of those companies have proven beyond a doubt, that you can have it all and not leave your customers in a position to be screwed over year after year after year. If the Switch turns it around, I would be shocked. I will say, the milking the cow game is quite appropriate.

and Nintendo is the most pro-indie/download developer of the big 3.
Umm, Nintendo is the least and last Indie developer supporter in the industry. MS opened up the world of Indie games on the 360, Sony hammered it down on the PS4. Let's refresh a little:
Nintendo claimed online gaming was a "fad" 15 years ago
Nintendo claimed Indie developers weren't significant 5 years ago
Nintendo claimed mobile games weren't a threat as little as 2 years ago
See where this is going? They, in fact, are clueless to the very industry they helped revive 3 decades ago. So, please, don't give them unwarranted credit because they have finally embraced every thing that has slowly chipped away at their overall significance in the market because the have no choice.
With that said, my original assumption of the Switch looking cool remains, but, after watching the reveal and the days after, this is going to be another GC/wii/wiiu. It will be a 1st party game system, 3rd party support will disappear after a year, have a library mainly made up of shovelware, and will appeal to Nintendo die hards only who don't mind getting one good game every year and a half. This is what happens when you paint yourself in a gimmick corner. If it's one thing Nintendo dominates at consistently, it would be trying to reinvent the wheel instead of making the wheel better. Best of luck but I really don't think anyone should get their hopes up and believe the same rhetoric Nintendo says with every new console release. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me, fool me a third time, I deserve it.

So, I got bored last night and started working on the PC Engine Jamma. I now have 2 player simultaneous ability
Had to do a lot of tracing and figuring and after many changes, it works. What threw me for a curve every time is it doesn't function without a credit. Quick testing with a controller hooked up instead of arcade controls, I would have everything ok, but when I would work off control panel, things didn't work. I woke up this morning and first thought I had was "hey idiot, put a credit in". After that, everything worked well. Can't find what triggers the need for a credit to bypass it. Debating on doing the Tennokoe 2. It would be nice to save games but with cheat codes or other codes, not sure it is a necessity. No turbo switches yet but I ordered a jamma rapidfire interface and am going to use that instead.-

Come to
Come to Seattle Retro Gaming Expo. They are always giving a talk and are easy to chat with.
Trust me, I'd be on that in a heartbeat if it wasn't across the country.

Sweet! Can you get back in to work on the next one and get everyone responsible for 5 fired?

I was late to jumping on the Halo bandwagon. I think the first Halo game I played was Halo 3 and I was blown away by how fun it was. I've played every Halo game now (including Halo Wars) except Halo 5, and have enjoyed each and every one. (Including Halo Wars) Halo 5 came in the mail today. Amazon was selling the $250 collector's edition for $50, and I'm a sucker for collectors editions. I don't have high hopes for the game itself after seeing Starscreams "review" At least I got some good Halo swag!! LOL

Remember how much fun we used to have with breakpack online? Halo 5 is completely not that

Even the single player story mode is worthless. But, try it out, you may like it. As a note, it is the worst selling game in the whole Halo series and for good reason. You did great on the CE though, that is awesome!!
-
Yup, one of those is in a collectors possession. I believe it's been mentioned that only 2 prototypes were were made and then the project ended.
-
Oops, yes it is. I just take it for granted everyone has messed with Jamma stuff. My bad!

Yea, I got banned quite a few times back in the day from Live. If it's got the Xcalibur chip, it's a 1.6. Only one to have that video chip.
Keep that board, fix the caps and replace the circled transistor. Bet it fires right up. I always grabbed that transistor off of any other version, even though it is not identical, it worked.
-
1.6s were a PIA for everything. Pretty sure I have the LCD screen for the modchip layin around here somewhere.

This was a promotion in 1992. May have been for the holiday season but don't recall for sure.
