Haha, yeah, common misconception that I see on eBay quite frequently. Generally only the pack-in not-for-resale games were jewel case & manual only. There may have been a couple of others, but I think they may have mainly just been the softcore titles.

These games are my faves alongside the typical favorites like Soul Calibur, Sonic, Shenmue, etc.

[The Difference Between PS3 Controllers]

Does anyone know if there is a difference between the controller that comes with the slim ps3 that just says sixaxis and feels lighter than the ps3 controllers that have dualshock3 and sixaxis on them and are heavier? Do they both have the rumble feature or any differences besides weight? I looked around and couldn't find any info. Thanks.

 

Sixaxis feels lighter and cheaper. Dualshock 3 is heavier and has rumble.

 

I've read that the sixaxis lasts a bit longer because it doesnt have rumble but it doesnt matter....Dualshock 3 is better.

I've also had a bad experience with sixaxis joysticks. They seem to break more easily, and start to lose their centering ability, kind of like the old N64 sticks. I haven't had this problem on DS3s, though.

 

I have a similar problem on two of my controllers also. Both left joysticks would stick and be stuck "up" when pushed on for a decent amount of time. I usually run into this problem when running around in Call of Duty or Resistance.

[How is the 360 Slim durability so far?]

Yeah my brother did say that has been happening also but nothing ever comes from it. He said he usually just softly taps the system on its side while its laying flat and the sound dissipates. Still though I don't consider it a major problem considering how faulty the older systems seemingly were.

Its definitely worth it. Actually I have bought multiple compilation games such as Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection. The VC and games like the Ultimate Genesis Collection makes me selling most of my collection which I have no real attachment too.

[Replacement PS3 Slim or Phat?]

Yep I had the same problem with my Oblivion game on the phat console and had to take my system back to gamestop. I bought a refurbished PS3 with a one year gamestop warranty. I definitely should of just bought a new slim console.

[How is the 360 Slim durability so far?]

My little brother back one around october and it has not had any problems since. Very nice change of pace considering my brother went through 4 360s in two years prior to this purchase.

I remember when I got this error last year Xbox covered the repair fees even though I had no warranty. Dont know if their policy changed though.
