    something about this thread is making me think "casemod". put a fan in there . I think I wanna get an astrocade sometime, i've seen videos of it and it looks like it has a ton of fun games. also, Its the only console I know of that has a port of Space Zap!.

    All I can say about this is derp. Everything becomes obsolete at some point, and the bigger, better versions come out. Why b*tch about it? and to that mom, of course companies market stuff so you pay more money. Thats the point. she looks like she thinks that she has that all figured out lol.

    for anything N64 and older, I'd use my CRT. If its GameCube and up, I'll use an LCD for sure, since those kind of games are designed for the use of newer TVs. The same is for computers. With my newer gaming computer, I'll use LCD, but for my DOS and Win9x systems, I'll use my awesome Trinitron CRT.

      I need to do this. My machine will not run D3 :( Both the processor and the vid card need upgrading. By then, why not buy a whole new machine?

    I tried downloading earlier on all my computers that might possibly be able to squeeze by, but its a no go. all my computers are too slow. I'll be trying when I get a better computer, which is this wednesday . But I've heard tons and tons about this game.

      Gradius 2 is on the Famicom, japan only. I ragequit gradius, played through Blaster Master, and messed around with Metroid.

    my new (old) computer is working now, took out the new cmos battery that I bought for 20 minutes and, boom! it works. must of had some data in there that the bios didn't like, I was using it the night before it stopped working so I knew it was something stupid

      Glad it was a simple fix! I have a few motherboards that won't power up at all if the CMOS battery is dead. I was close to throwing them on the scrap pile before I tried new batteries.

      Hopefully it's something simple, like bad RAM. PC hardware often doesn't hold up very well over many years, unfortunately.
