Ahah! Im not the only one in love with this game...
Ive had it for over a week or so now...and will honestly admit this game is now an unhealthy obsession for me. Im already on my second game!
Still loving this game!!
Im on the quest for the "Sacred Ashes" at the moment.
Still only big complaint is the camera angles. So hard to mess with sometimes!
Other than that, ive run into a couple silly bugs but nothing thats really hindered my game. Also i save often due to auto saving sleeping on the job sometimes.
Still playing the PC version but my friend got the 360 version and is slowly becoming obsessed as well.
And as i have become obsessed with Dragon Ages on my PC, I recently got a new Xbox 360 and have now lured Beergnome into the wonderful time consuming world that is Fallout 3. He was playing it all last night! Its kinda fun watching him figure out the 360 controls lol.
BeerGnome is one of my favorite posters on AtariAge... his posts are fun to read, and I learn some wisdom each time. It's been great hearing from you - Welcome!
Yup! This game is BIG on exploring and asking questions. If you dont you end up missing things, alot of things!
I too started off as a female elf rouge! I was also curious as to why they seemed to push the whole "Maybe my friend isn't dead..." and then it was just dropped.
I lovin this game right now. I was literally up all night trying to get through the most recent part of the story line.
Also another interesting thing i figured out was the whole gifts thing. If you have certain members of your party, and you acquire special gifts, you can give them to them and learn a little backed history.
I did have an issue with the cut scenes too but it wasnt too much of a distraction.
Overall, This game to me feels like if Lord of the rings, oblivion, and diablo 2 made an adorable demonic love child. And i LOVE it!
Afrika actually looks pretty neat, and everyone seems to have alot to say about it (Mostly good). Doesn't sound like your typical ps3 game but, I might have to check this out now!
Thats what i did, Had one blue (Regular) and one Red (Back up) and sure enough, during the last move i went through, after i dug out ALL my gaming stuff, blue card was gone, just GONE.
But good ol' red made it through , so no worries, now i just need a new blue for my new back up. Well, i guess i need a new ps2 first since the other one pooped out on me.
I KNOW some of you have to have gotten it for either 360 or pc (and eventually PS3). Sooo, is anyone else excited to try this game out as much as i am?
I'm getting it for Pc, but if i like it well enough, im going to recommend it to my friend who will get the 360 or ps3 version which i will also test out.
360 version came out on the 3rd in the US, Pc is already out! Any reviews from fellow gammers yet??
I hadn't really payed any attention to all the mediocre portables coming out until now.
To be honest after game boys, i pretty much steered clear of portables. Was very close to getting a DS and still might one day, but not right now.
I think they will probably focus on the larger consoles for this holiday. The Ps3 has dropped to compete with the xbox 360 which are both now at 299, and the wii now at 199.
If i was the kid to wake up christmas morning and find a psp go under the tree, i sure wouldnt gloat about it to my school buddies lol.
