One thing I don't like about this new online touchless delivery crap is tipping in advance. If they know, do they care less? More? I think delivery folks would also prefer getting cash.

  It probably varies. I can tell you that back when I worked at a pay-in-advance restaurant, we had a lot of repeat customers, and we took excellent care of tippers. With online pay, there’s no telling whether the people making or delivering your food even know. I tip them anyway.
