  1. In addition, all of the titles in your "Unofficial Games" category -- with the exception of Zaku and Lynxopoly, for the moment -- are all being sold by commercial vendors. I doubt anyone would pay anything more than what they could get brand new.

Perhaps you should relabel your "Unofficial Games" as "Third Party Releases", because that's what they are. :)

Unofficial games are "non Atari cartridges" ;)

"Unofficial game" is true, because they are not officially released by atari.

  3. Hello Everybody,

I purchased a NEC TurboExpress, I don't know if the caps are replaced... The sound and the screen brightness are both good, the only issue is that there is a bit of persistence of images on screen. For example: as I start-up the system with a game inserted, the title screen correctly appears. After that, during the game I can see in background a slight "shadow" (not of the title screen... Is it normal? Could it be solved?

  4. An Atari Lynx porting of a classic Atari 2600 thread :D

    http://atariage.com/forums/topic/165310-dating-the-atari-2600-systems/

I know about the MKI and MKII model but I'd like to know if it's possible to date the Atari Lynx MKI by serial or boxes.

About boxes, I saw at least three versions:

    - Grey Big Box

    - Grey Small Box (Surely released in Italy, I don't know if it was sold anywhere)
    - White Box

Is there any other box variation?

And, overall, is it possible to recognize a first-bunch September 1989 console by serial or box?

    Thanx a lot!

  5. I don't have the Jag music, but a little ways back I uploaded a few tunes to YouTube of the MS-DOS PC version of Raiden. It was made by the same company that did the Atari Jaguar version, and thus the music tracks had the same general composition, albeit with different instruments and far higher quality.

    Here are some links:

    Stage 1

    Stage 2

Stage 3 (one of the new tracks made for the Jag and PC CD versions; the Stage 2 theme above was the original Stage 3 theme from the arcade version of Raiden).

You're very kind bur instruments are too different... thanx, anyway :)

  6. Hello Everybody, I like very much the Riden Music, much better than PcEngine and PcEngine CD (the PcEngine one is worse, the PcEgnine CD one is far from the original tunes).Where could i download the music?

I can't find them? has anibody got them?

  8. Yes, there were several programs released for the ADAM that would allow you to copy ColecoVision/ADAM cartridges to tape or disk and then play them from a menu.

I read in this forum, some time ago, that is possible to play Colecovision games via Adam creating a compilation tape of roms... Is it really possible? And how could it be made?

Is it possible (and allowed) to have the links to these programs?

  9. By "tapes" meaning audio cassettes? Yes...the Supercharger is capable of using any game specifically made for the unit, or any 4k or doubled-up 2k game that does not accidentally trip it's bankswitch hotspots. To repeat...if you want to use such games which DO trip it's bankswitch hotspots, the two options are either to modify the unit to give it a physical switch which prevents it from banking...or by using a modified version of the game which no longer has the issue.

A more-modern approach is to use other hardware instead of the Supercharger (i.e. Cuttlecart, Harmony/Melody, etc).

I think I didn't explained what I mean: is there a way to play also 8k or 16k roms using an "old" device like Supercharger?

Couldn't be possible to expand RAM up to 16k?

I'm not looking for modern approach (only 80s taste :D) only classic one!

  10. Are there any other similar copiers produced during 80s (not Yoko copier) for playing tapes?

But couldn't be possible make .wav file of 8K/16K games and then divide in 2/4 tracks for using with Starpath?

  11. I'd lik to use only real "vintage" hardware, as supercharger is.

I'd like also to play my favourite games (Burgertime, Ikari Warriors, Commando, California Games, Snoopy vs the Red Baron...) and protos (Donald Duck, Garfield, Dumbo, Bugs Bunny) with Supercharger... is there a way to do this?
