what is twitter for if I already have a facebook account? I have yet to make a twitter account... what does it give me that facebook doesn't?

I was looking at some Gameboy color games on ebay, particularly Yars Revenge and they're listed as UK versions. Are these different in any way from North American versions.

The Ouya is, to me, a fascinating idea for a console and certainly has me more intrigued than a Wii U, Xbox 720 or PS4 ever could. I'll be looking into this for sure when its released in retail.
