  1. It supports the controller, the devs didn't make a way to navigate the menus with the thumbstick or d pad, you have to use the ouya controllers touchpad to navigate the menus. But don't get to happy yet, as the game doesn't have thumbstick deadzones you will be seeing your character move and look around by itself.

Lovely. Thanks for the heads up. I'm thinking I will pass on this game.

  2. my friend code is 1375-7440-9240, and my name for both regular 3DS and the game is just Nesbro. My native fruit is apples, but I also have some exotic things like mangoes in my town, I'd prefer you let me know before taking them if you come in.

Got you added Nesbroslash. Hit me up also. My 3ds name is just Taskmaster but went with Robb for my game.

  3. Been experiencing bugs today. system freezing up. I was looking at the description of a game and the screen froze, controller wouldnt respond, then the screen went blank. Stayed like that for awhile until I had to turn the system off and boot up again. Then tried to play Critical Missions Swat and couldnt get off the main screen. Looked up on the Ouya forums and people were saying that the Ouya version of that game isnt supported by the Ouya contoller so its unplayable. What the hell.

  4. Same boat here. I've only put in a little over an hour of Project X Zone playtime so far.

It does commit a cardinal sin of these types of games, though. On the second mission where it says "Rescue" Jin, I didn't pay any attention to the tutorial BS and just zipped on past it. I didn't realize that "Rescue" was being used as a game term instead of the general, generic meaning of rescue. So, I just had Ryu and Ken move over to an enemy near Jin and attack it, thinking I just needed to clear the mooks. Then the turn ended and I was greeted with "Game Over." It was as I restarted the battle that I realized there is no way to skip the cutscenes other than banging the A button over and over and waiting for the fixed-time animations to play out. It certainly taught me not to ignore the tutorials.

Also, the game's use of EXP and XP to mean two different things (Experience and Cross Points) messes with my head.

Glad I read your post before I hit the Jin stage....lol. Thanx!!!

  5. Its my understanding that if you donate enough stuff to the Museum, it will rebuild & expand, including a Night Club for K.K. Slider to come and perform in. Well, I've been donating my ass off.. fossils, bugs, fish.... and nothing is happening (I could have been selling everything to finance my house and accessories but having K.K. in town is a cool thing).

Anyone know how many donations you need to give for expansion of the museum to take place?

Thats a good question. I have quite a few completed dinosaurs, tanks filled with fish and quite a few bugs.

Anybody know when we get Shampoodles shop? (I sound like a complete dork asking that) I want to get a Mii mask to wear.

  6. Well you're certainly on the latest version of the game since you picked it up yesterday. Are other games lagging?

Roughly how bad is the lag? Are we talking 1/10 sec, 1/2 sec?

If other games aren't having trouble, could the weird 3/4 trigger pull pinball arcade requires be adding to the problem? That took me a lot of getting used to and it's still a bit annoying.

If other games have controller lag, how far are you from the system? The wireless signals seem to have trouble with these metal cases--at least that's one idea I've heard tossed about a bunch of times. Because of my goofy setup, I'm actually quite close to my system, and seem to be having a lot less general lag issues than a lot of people.

I havent ried many other games so far. Just Puddle and Dub Wars. My wife however had the day off today and was playing like a mad woman....lol. She only had trouble with the Pinball arcade. As far as how close, in a bean bag chair right in front of the TV in the game room. I'll keep plugging away at it and see if anything else is a problem. All in all, we both love this little system.

  8. Does anyone know whatever happened to this guy, and more importantly, his cleaning solution he sold? I always kept to the 91% alcohol for the actual contacts, but his solution was a lifesaver for shells and especially labels. Only cleaner I found that lifted label dirt without removing ink. Problem was, a bottle would last ages, sometimes years, so I never purchased it frequently. Ran out recently, went to get more, and I find his eBay store completely gone, his profile hasn't sold anything in ages, and his website is gone.

Did I miss something in the interim? Is there a comparable product out there?

I still have a bottle of this liquid magic. Sucks that he has gone into hiding. If you find out anything keep me posted becuz Im sure I will need another bottle eventually.

  9. Playing animal crossing right now. This game has got my life on hold. Just bought a wetsuit so now I can travel even further. Hit me up and come visit Gotham.

If you dont have the island....I'll take you to mine......wait...I kinda sound like a creep right now.
