  1. I know I will like to get a FireBeest.... and so do you.
  2. I am sure both you guys want it.... go on. I would also like to one, but my plan isn't working. I need to see some of my stuff including my TT so not to burn too big a hole in my wallet.
  3. It's up most of this weekend... well done.
  4. And it's responding again... I am able to logon to it now. man.... talk about stability.
  5. Ha ha ha wtf ha ha ha

  6. and then today I am getting an "Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): Unknown error." from it
  7. for MagiC on 4MB machines, get the older versions like v4 or v3. They use less memory. And be careful of v6, it may kill your HDD due to some logging.
  8. Keep the tos 1.02 as it is more compatible with more games. There is a software version of tos 1.04. You can soft load tos 1.04 from your HDD when needed. especially if you are working on the HDD as it is faster & more reliable.
  9. Yeap it's back online now.... still....
  10. Clearly TT with a graphic card is far superior than a stock Falc. But a stock Falc compared with a stock TT... I would use the Falc. Without the graphic card, the VGA looks funny and desktop is plain compared with the nicer colourful desktop of tos 4. of course you can always install Geneva and don't use a desktop
  11. Somethings can wait.... Somethings can't.... My CTPCI arrived and it in within next 2 days... would be faster if I had read the installation instructions earlier... was missing some parts. LOL... I am waiting for the video card now... so what's was the hurry for me to install it...
  12. Hah... I sold my mega STE nearly 2 decade ago... 4MB, 16MHz, scsi HDD... WOW... it was fast for that time.
  13. think you will have an hard time finding one now.
  14. I have a SC1224 colour monitor that I kept in the cupboard for past decade or so, so am willing to sell. But I guess it will be too expensive to ship all the way round half the world.
  15. Cool Looks like it's getting somewhere.
  16. Yes, I would have also suggested C Language if OP has asked for a programming language.
  17. I guess that's a good choice.... AFAIK, it's still supported...
  18. Well it can do most what a Falc can do if the software is compatible. What it can't do in addition to what others say about the CT6x is the CTPCI I have both Falc & TT, frankly I seldom use the TT even when it was faster and still has more colour/larger screen. The Falc feels more like using a ST.
