I think you are spot on Shawn. $1200-$1500(top top price) is where I see this. Selling here in the Marketplace would put it in the $1200 range at best.

Tempest was not an Atari 2600 game. There is a prototype out there that you can actually have Atariage make a copy for you, but it is not a complete game.

You can put whatever terms you want. Ebay can/will decide to pay or charge you for return shipping and they will decide if the buyer gets a refund. Pictures and/or video is the best defense against scammers.

I dont believe Rarityguide has updated Atari pricing in years. Many of the Atari 2600 games on the site have pricing that is way out of whack with what some titles are selling for now.

Early i my collecting years I had done this when I saw a "deal" that I would not normally see and did not have the money at the time. At this point in my life, I do run most all my purchases/bills through my credit card and can't think of the last time I carried a balance from month to month.

Sell them in a lot raather than invidually. Utilize the flat rate shipping boxes and create listings that will fit into those boxes. Or just sell them here in the Marktplace.

I would call this number 866-540-3229. This should get you to a live US representitive, explain the situation and they will ask you to submit the pictures to them. I would say you have very little chance winning against a refund request unless you call.
