    Because the modded 2600 (A/V Mod) console I have here wont display properly on my TV. The Flashback 2 (Unmodded) I have here does display fine. So A modded FB2 is, I guess, whats required... Fixx

    I got a Colecovision from Yurkie also. Its in perfect condition and works perfectly. I just concluded a deal to get a atari adapter for it from him. I am confidient in his craftsmanship, and would buy again from him in the future. Fixx

    Ok I now understand. the program will NOT work with external Floppies. I am lucky I have an old laptop around that has a nice floppy drive in it. I am greatful for the information you guys are giving me. I do have a original Atari Monitor with my 1040ST. So I guess I will be getting some use out of that fella... Fixx

    Thanks for the links!! I guess that solves the software problem!! The only other thing I would like to accomplish is somehow connecting it to a monitor. I did get a monitor with it, but would love to connect it to my 24inch LCD. there is no RF modulator in her, so I assume that this is impossible??? Fixx

    basically I want to play games and do general stuff. I am looking into getting a external 1.44MB floppy drive for my PC so I can make images into floppies for it. I have seen some ST's doing some pretty awesome stuff, I cant wait to try to get it to do some good stuff and see it for myself. Fixx

    Well, I finally got myself a 1040ST. It came with a monitor and cables, but nothing else. I did find a Satandisk for it as well. Forgive my "stupid question" but I am totally new to the ST and I really dont know what to do with it next. She does boot up and all. It appears to be a pretty stock ST. Fixx

    Who does Atari 5200 Repairs? I got 2 of them here that have some issues. A 4 port that wont play Carts. Just get a solid colored screen, and a 2 port that DOES play carts, but the controller fire buttons dont work. I dont have any electronics knowlege, so I am hoping someone can take a look at these. Fixx

    Pinmame isnt that great for "trying before buying" pins. I have 20 pinball machines and have played most of the pinmame "recreations" and found that most of them dont play even close to the original. The main reason for this is that the people who create these tables dont have access to the original games to compare them to. I do own a Haunted House and its a great game. For the most part, its not easy to keep running. System 80's werent known for thier reliability. Fixx

    I just ordered my paddle from Play-asia as well. I cannot believe that Tatio would not import it. Oh well, thats one of the reasons play-asia exists.. Fixx
